保定市农村幼儿园教师继续教育现状研究

【摘要】:保定市农村地区幼儿园数量激增,对农村幼儿园教师需求增高。但农村幼儿园教师队伍的建设存在很大缺口,且整体专业素质较低,这直接影响了保定市农村学前教育事业的发展。在《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》中指出要“加强对幼儿园教师的培训”,来提高幼儿园教师的专业素质。幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中明确指出要求幼儿教师要不断加强自身修养,对每一门学科领域的知识背景要有深刻的理解和认识,了解幼儿各年龄阶段身心发展的特点,提高幼儿教育的质量。因此,教师进行继续教育势在必行。但由于受经济发展水平的影响,农村幼儿园教师的继续教育中存在着各种问题和困难。本研究将围绕着保定市农村幼儿园教师继续教育的现状展开调查,由表入里,总结现状中存在的问题,讨论缓解和解决的策略。本研究通过问卷调查法和访谈法,对保定市农村幼儿园教师基本情况、继续教育的需求和现状进行调查,并使用SPSS对数据进行描述性、差异性、相关性分析,发现如下问题:1.在教育主管部门层面,缺少对农村各性质幼儿园教师继续教育差别化扶持,给予教师参加培训机会较少且不均衡,缺乏对培训实施过程的深入监管;2.在培训机构方面,培训忽略教师的主体性,培训内容与实际结合度较低且缺乏层次性;3.在幼儿园及教师层面,整体不够重视继续教育,幼儿园缺少二次培训,教师缺少自我教育和自我反思。针对发现的问题,笔者提出了符合当前农村幼儿园基本情况的对策和建议:1.在政府和教育主管部门的层面,加强对农村幼儿园教师福利待遇保障、政策保障、教育经费保障,建立和完善农村幼儿园教师全员培训机制;2.在培训学校层面,培训应结合本土实际,充分利用本土资源;培训也要针对不同教师群体,分层分级培训;培训中应充分发挥教师的主体地位,激发教师的兴趣和主观能动性;3.从幼儿园及教师自身角度看,幼儿园管理者应重视继续教育,保障教师公平参加继续教育的机会,完善继续教育的奖惩制度,重视园本的培训和教研,重视培训的延伸;教师应重视自身教育,不断反思自我。
[Abstract]:The number of kindergartens in the rural areas of Baoding City has increased, and the demand for teachers in the rural kindergartens is increased. However, there is a big gap in the construction of the teaching staff in the countryside, and the overall professional quality is lower, which directly influences the development of the rural pre-school education in Baoding. In the "Several Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education", it is pointed out that it is necessary to "Strengthen the training of the kindergarten teachers" to improve the professional quality of the kindergarten teachers. The guiding outline of the kindergarten education (trial) makes it clear that the early-school teachers should constantly strengthen their self-cultivation, and have a profound understanding and understanding of the knowledge background in every subject field, to understand the characteristics of the physical and mental development of the children in all ages, and to improve the quality of the early childhood education. As a result, the continuing education of teachers is imperative. However, due to the influence of the level of economic development, there are various problems and difficulties in the continuing education of the teachers in the rural kindergartens. This study will focus on the current situation of the continuing education of the teachers in the rural kindergartens in Baoding City, and the problems existing in the present situation are summarized and the strategies of mitigation and resolution are discussed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the basic situation of the teachers in Baoding city and to continue the education, and to use the SPSS to carry out descriptive, differential and correlation analysis on the basic situation of the teachers in Baoding city, and to find out the following problems:1. in that aspect of the department of education, there is a lack of support for the continuous education of the kindergarten teachers in all the rural areas of the countryside, which give the teachers more and less training opportunities and lack of an in-depth supervision of the implementation process of the training; In the training organization, the training ignores the teacher's subjectivity, and the training content is low and the level of the actual combination is low and the level of the training is lacking; At the level of the kindergarten and the teacher, the whole lack of attention to the continuing education, the kindergarten lacks the secondary training, the teacher lacks self-education and self-reflection. In view of the problems found, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to meet the basic situation of the current rural kindergartens. At the level of the government and the educational authorities, strengthening the welfare treatment guarantee, the policy guarantee, the education fund guarantee, the establishment and the improvement of the whole staff training mechanism of the rural kindergartens; At the training school level, the training should be based on the local practice and make full use of the local resources; the training should also be aimed at different groups of teachers and hierarchical classification; the training should give full play to the subject status of the teachers, and stimulate the interests and the subjective initiative of the teachers; and From the perspective of the kindergarten and the teacher, the kindergarten manager should pay more attention to the continuing education, guarantee the fair participation of the teachers in the continuing education, improve the reward and punishment system of continuing education, pay attention to the training and teaching and research of the garden, and pay more attention to the extension of the training; the teachers should attach importance to their education, Constantly reflect on the self.
