幼儿园教育机会均等的特征与实现策略

【摘要】:在日常的幼儿园教育教学中,保证每个儿童都享受到人性化的、均等的教育机会,是实现幼儿园教育公平的主要目标。幼儿园教育机会均等体现出三个特征:均等性、差异性、适合性。为实现教育机会均等,幼儿教师需要为儿童提供充分而多元的自我表达和表现机会,在师幼互动中给予儿童及时适当的应答和多样化的、富有针对性的表扬。
[Abstract]:In the day-to-day kindergarten education teaching, every child is guaranteed to enjoy the humanized and equal educational opportunity, which is the main goal to realize the education of the kindergarten. The equal opportunity of education in the kindergarten reflects three characteristics: equality, difference and fitness. In order to realize the equal opportunity of education, the early-school teachers need to provide the children with sufficient and diverse self-expression and performance opportunities, and give the children a timely and appropriate response and diversified and targeted praise in the interaction of the teachers and children.
