【摘要】:随着房地产的发展,房价的逐渐的提高,购房者对于住宅本身的一些细节也提出了较高的要求,譬如室内不宜出现柱角影响住户的实际使用空间,对于儿童的安全也构成威胁;客厅上方不宜出现梁,否则影响美观,从建筑角度上也不符合风水学;卫生间越来越多的使用同层排水,否则卫生间的排水管就外露,影响美观,占用使用面积等等;另一方面开发商对于住宅的结构体系也越来越关注,从原来的砖混结构的住宅,到后来很多城镇所建的高层住宅有部分采用的是框架剪力墙结构,到如今一些高度比较矮的别墅大部分采用异形柱结构,,而高层住宅大都均采用剪力墙结构,经济上上和使用功能上都越来越合理。 住宅的采光通风以及外观更是用户选择住房的重要因素。这也影响着开发商的切身利益,因此住宅的采光通风和美观就成了设计现代建筑的必须要考虑的因素。聪明的建筑师,想到了在剪力墙的角部开洞,做成形状各异的转角窗或者转角凸窗,这样能一下很好的解决这两个问题。并且现在此类带转角窗的高层剪力墙结构的住宅,越来越多的运用到了实际工程中,得到了很多购房者的好评。对于结构方面,结构设计人员,对于这类带转角窗的剪力墙结构往往根据经验对于配筋进行放大,以及加强构造措施,缺乏详细的分析,导致设计不够经济合理。本课题的研究内容具体如下: (1)对同一抗震设防烈度下的剪力墙结构住宅,开设多个不同大小的转角窗,把它们与没有开设转角窗的剪力墙结构进行对比,凸显出抗震性能的不同;通过对多个带不同尺寸的转角窗的剪力墙结构进行抗震分析对比,得出转角窗的大小对于结构抗震性能的影响。 (2)通过pkpm软件和ansys对于转角折梁的对比分析,指出pkpm软件算转角梁存在的问题,运用ansys对于不同尺寸的转角折梁进行分析,指出实际工程中针对于不同尺寸的转角梁,设计人员如何对pkpm的计算结果进行矫正。 (3)分别建立设置加强构造措施后的带转角窗的剪力墙结构的模型和没有设置加强措施的模型,运用midas软件,对其进行模态分析和时程分析,得出设置加强构造措施以后,对结构自身的振动特性产生了什么影响,以及设置加强措施以后对结构在抗震上有什么影响,比较几种加强措施的优劣。
[Abstract]:With the development of real estate and the gradual increase of house price, buyers also put forward higher requirements for some details of the house itself, such as the indoor unsuitable column angle to affect the actual use of space. It also poses a threat to the safety of children; The living room above should not appear beam, otherwise the influence beautiful, also does not accord with the geomantic science from the architectural angle; Toilet more and more use of the same layer of drainage, or toilet drainage on the exposed, affect the beauty, occupation of the use of space and so on; On the other hand, developers also pay more and more attention to the structure system of housing, from the original brick-and-concrete structure of housing, to many cities and towns built high-rise buildings have part of the frame shear wall structure. Up to now, most of the villas with shorter height adopt special-shaped column structure, while the high-rise houses mostly adopt shear-wall structure, which is more and more reasonable in economy and use function. Residential lighting ventilation and appearance is an important factor in the choice of housing, which also affects the vital interests of developers. Therefore, the lighting, ventilation and beauty of the house has become a factor to be taken into account in the design of modern buildings. Smart architects think of opening holes in the corners of the shear wall to make corner windows or corner windows of various shapes. This can solve these two problems very well. And now this kind of high-rise shear wall structure with corner windows is more and more used in practical projects. For the structure, structural designers, for this type of shear wall structure with corner windows, often according to experience for reinforcement amplification, as well as strengthening construction measures. Lack of detailed analysis, resulting in the design is not economical and reasonable. The research content of this topic is as follows: 1) for the shear wall structure residence with the same seismic fortification intensity, several corner windows of different sizes are set up, which are compared with the shear wall structure without the corner window, which highlights the difference of seismic performance; Through the seismic analysis and comparison of many shear wall structures with corner windows of different sizes, the influence of the size of corner windows on the seismic performance of the structures is obtained. 2) through the comparative analysis of pkpm and ansys, the problems of calculating corner beam by pkpm software are pointed out. The ansys is used to analyze the corner beam with different dimensions, and it is pointed out how the designer can correct the calculation result of the pkpm in the actual engineering aiming at the different size corner beam. The model of shear wall structure with corner window and the model without strengthening measures are established respectively. The modal analysis and time history analysis are carried out by using midas software. The influence on the vibration characteristics of the structure after setting up the strengthening measures and the influence on the seismic resistance of the structure after setting up the strengthening measures are obtained, and the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of strengthening measures are compared.
