【摘要】：“十二五”时期是我国经济发展的重要战略机遇期，要以科学发展观，坚持把经济结构战略性调整作为主攻方向，把科技进步和创新作为重要支撑，建设资源节约型、环境友好型企业，分析确定YG集团“十二五”及远景发展战略。本文结合YG集团战略规划实际进行评价，分析YG集团发展现状与存在问题，对YG集团的发展战略定位、发展目标、产业发展布局进行战略分析、战略评价，提出了YG集团“十二五”及远景战略存在的不足之处，将电铝及深加工产业、煤机制造产业、建筑和房地产产业、物业服务等企业办社会工作，进行优化、调整，实现转变、收缩、分离或清理。通过对原发展战略优化，将原“三大”主业煤炭、煤化工、煤电铝及煤机制造产业，，调整为煤炭、煤化工、煤电铝及机电装备制造和金融服务业等多产业发展，能够继续发挥企业优势，通过向外部积极扩大势力范围以进一步增强企业优势，从横向一体化、同心型多角化或合资等战略中进行选择，必将促进YG集团国际化大型企业集团建设。
