泰安市建设局房地产项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着国内房地产开发大潮的逐步兴起,泰安市房地产行业也得到了很大的发展。在房地产项目管理过程中,建设局不仅需要对项目情况进行查询,还需要对面积复核申请进行管理,对商品房预售申请进行管理。然而,由于泰安市房地产开发量大大加剧,对房地产项目的管理也变得越来越重要。这些都给泰安市建设局提出了很大的挑战,从一定意义上来讲,房地产项目的管理直接影响了泰安市房地产的蓬勃发展和未来前景。泰安市建设局房地产项目管理使用J2EE平台进行开发,采用Strus2作为技术框架,将视图层、数据库和信息发送控制类等类分离开来。为了实现对项目手册信息、面积复核申请以及审批信息、商品房预售申请审批信息、信息发送情况以及企业诚信档案等重要数据的保护,系统使用SQL Server2008数据库来进行数据存储和管理,大大地保障了数据的安全性和可靠性。本系统实现了项目手册管理、面积复核、商品房预售核准、信息发送、诚信档案管理和信息上报管理六个模块的功能。系统中,建设局用户可以对项目手册进行查看,统计项目情况,审批和查询面积复核申请,并对商品房预售申请进行查询和审批。在信息发送中,建设局用户可以对待处理信息进行发送,并且查看信息接收情况。在诚信档案管理中,建设局用户可以添加和查询诚信档案。整个房地产项目管理系统实现了项目手册、面积复核等房地产开发的一系列流程管理过程,功能较为完善。系统测试的结果表明,系统大体上完成了泰安市建设局房地产项目管理系统的需求,采用无纸化的现代化办公理念,不仅实现了企业诚信档案的管理和添加,而且保障了系统统一化和资源共享化,提高了泰安市建设局员工的工作效率,减少了大量重复、没有技术含量的操作,为泰安市建设局员工减轻了工作压力,为推动泰安市房地产项目的发展做出了较大的贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rising tide of domestic real estate development, Taian real estate industry has also been greatly developed. The results of the system test show that the system has basically fulfilled the requirements of the real estate project management system of Taian City Construction Bureau, adopting the paperless modern office concept, not only realizing the management and addition of enterprise credit files. And the system unified and resources sharing, improve the efficiency of Taian City Construction Bureau staff, reduce a large number of duplication, no technical content of the operation, for the Taian City Construction Bureau staff to reduce the work pressure.
