中国经济面临五个“动态增长关系”

【摘要】：正笔者认为,中国未来的增长表现并非"定数",而是取决于以下五个"动态增长关系"的具体动态演化。第一,从投资需求来看,基建投资能否平衡制造业和房地产投资的回落。基建在中国经济中承担了非常纠结的角色;从地方政府债务来看,基建已经导致过度举债需要收敛;从投资效率来看,基建的投资回报率并不乐观,继续扩张的空间值得担忧;但从对冲中国经济下滑风险、熨平经济波动的角度来看,基建发挥着至关重要
[Abstract]:The author thinks that China's future growth performance is not a "fixed number", but depends on the specific dynamic evolution of the following five "dynamic growth relationships".
