云客会会员管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】：本文以云南城投集团的会员管理系统的研发作为载体,研究房地产行业的客户关系管理及信息化服务应用系统的设计与实现中各个阶段的解决方案。在研究会员管理系统的研发过程中利用了面向过程的分析与设计的方法。系统主要实现整个集团公司包括子公司的会员管理的业务功能,功能包括会员的入会申请管理、会员资料管理、会员的积分管理、会员的关怀管理以及延伸与扩展的用户角色管理、公司结构管理、会员积分规则管理、会员等级管理的业务功能。通过业务功能的实现,整体上推动整个集团公司的会员管理与会员服务的水平,进而推动房产销售的业绩,提高公司的整体收益效率。通过深入的需求调研完成了功能设计与研发的设计思想,整体上阐述了房地产行业会员管理系统的开发意义及其必要性和可行性,并以业务流程的方式整理了系统的业务需求,同时使用了面向过程的方法对需求进行详细的数据流图分析；通过使用面向过程的程序设计方法,使用IPO图表及业务功能流程图的方式,详细阐述了会员管理系统的业务功能；通过使用PowerDesigner数据库设计工具进行了数据库的概念设计与表结构设计；系统不仅实现了会员的信息管理、会员的积分管理、及相应的报表统计功能,为了配合用户的项目活动的开展,还集成了第三方的短信群发功能,实现会员关怀的功能；通过Web Service的方式实现销售系统与会员管理系统的数据共享与交互。从系统的设计思想、系统的需求获取的过程分析,系统的功能作用以及研发过程总结等方面讨论了会员管理系统的分析和研发的全过程。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the research and development of the member management system of Yunnan City Investment Group as the carrier to study the solutions of the design and implementation of the customer relationship management and information service application system in the real estate industry.The process oriented analysis and design method is used in the research and development of member management system.The system mainly realizes the business function of the member management of the whole group company, including the subsidiary company, including the membership application management, the member data management, the member integral management, the function includes the membership application management, the member data management, the member integral management.Member care management and extended and extended user role management, corporate structure management, membership points rule management, membership management business functions.Through the realization of the business function, it can promote the member management and the member service level of the whole group company as a whole, then promote the performance of the real estate sale, and improve the whole income efficiency of the company.The function design and research and development idea is completed through in-depth demand investigation. The significance, necessity and feasibility of the development of the real estate industry member management system are expounded as a whole, and the business requirements of the system are sorted out in the way of business process.At the same time, it uses the process-oriented method to analyze the detailed data flow diagram of the requirement, and elaborates the business function of the member management system by using the process-oriented programming method, using the IPO diagram and the business function flow chart.The conceptual design and table structure design of the database are carried out by using the PowerDesigner database design tool, and the system not only realizes the information management of the members, the integral management of the members, and the corresponding statistical functions of the report forms.In order to cooperate with the development of user's project activities, it also integrates the function of short message group sent by third party, realizes the function of member care, and realizes the data sharing and interaction between the sales system and the member management system through the way of Web Service.This paper discusses the analysis and the whole process of the member management system from the aspects of the design idea of the system, the process analysis of obtaining the requirement of the system, the function of the system and the summary of the research and development process.
