【摘要】：正为进一步规范山东省房地产交易行为,维护公平公正的交易秩序,保障当事人的合法权易,依据《中华人民共和国物权法》《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》和《山东省城市房地产开发经营管理条例》《山东省商品房销售条例》等法律、法规,山东省住房城乡建设厅和山东省工商行政管理局根据住房城乡建设部、国家工商总局共同制定的示范文本,结合山东实际,同时根据各地经验做法,制定了《山东省新建商品房买卖合同
