山西中保房地产开发公司员工培训体系优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国房地产行业的飞速发展,行业竞争的焦点已日益明显地聚集在行业内各企业对于“人才”资源的竞争上。然而,近两年房地产行业的发展也并非一帆风顺,由于我国政府加大了对房地产行业的宏观调控力度,再加之以往金融危机对于全世界经济的冲击,我国房地产行业的生存和发展正面临着前所未有的挑战。而对于房地产行业来说,其自身也面临着人才短缺的现状。在这样的内外环境下,如何才能拥有一支高素质、专业化的人才队伍就成为决定各个房地产企业成功还是失败的关键因素。纵观企业发展的各个阶段,培训都在其中发挥着不可忽视的作用,它不仅有利于对企业施行科学有效的管理和培养专业化的企业人才,而且有利于整个公司的健康发展。因此,通过培训手段来促进企业发展并全面提升企业的核心竞争力,对山西中保房地产开发公司的未来发展具有极其重要的现实意义。 本文通过查阅大量的相关文献与资料,为培训体系的优化提供了较为扎实的理论基础。此外,本文较为深入的进行调研并分析了山西中保房地产开发公司原有的培训体系,针对其中存在的问题提出了新的设计方案。由于本文针对房地产公司的培训体系进行了深化研究,对实际经验的总结和借鉴也对培训体系优化起着重要的参考意义。 本文主要从以下几个方面进行论述:第一部分详细论述了本文的研究背景、研究目的及研究方法;第二部分综述了国内外主要的培训理论以及国内最新的培训研究的成果;第三部分深入分析了山西中保房地产开发公司原有培训体系的现状:第四部分根据对山西中保房地产开发公司原有培训体系的分析结果,进行该公司培训体系的再设计:第五部分论述了实施新的培训体系所需的条件与必要的保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the focus of competition in the industry has become increasingly obvious in the industry enterprises for "talent" resources competition.However, the development of the real estate industry in the past two years has not been smooth sailing, because our government has stepped up the macro-control of the real estate industry, coupled with the impact of the previous financial crisis on the world economy.The existence and development of China's real estate industry is facing unprecedented challenges.For the real estate industry, its own talent shortage is also facing the situation.In such an internal and external environment, how to have a high-quality, professional talent team has become the key factor to determine the success or failure of each real estate enterprise.Throughout all stages of enterprise development, training plays an important role, which is not only conducive to the scientific and effective management of enterprises and the cultivation of professional talents, but also conducive to the healthy development of the whole company.Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the future development of Shanxi Zhongbao Real Estate Development Company to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by means of training.This paper provides a solid theoretical basis for the optimization of the training system by consulting a large number of relevant documents and materials.In addition, this paper deeply investigates and analyzes the original training system of Shanxi Zhongbao Real Estate Development Company, and puts forward a new design scheme for the existing problems.Because this article has carried on the deepening research to the training system of the real estate company, the summary and the reference to the actual experience also plays the important reference significance to the training system optimization.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects: the first part discusses the research background, research purpose and research methods in detail, the second part summarizes the main training theories at home and abroad and the latest training research results in China.The third part deeply analyzes the current situation of the original training system of Shanxi China Insurance Real Estate Development Company. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the original training system of Shanxi China Insurance Real Estate Development Company.Redesign the training system of the company: the fifth part discusses the necessary conditions and necessary security for the implementation of the new training system.
