【摘要】：2008年次贷危机以来,美国经济大幅下滑,拖累了全球经济,主要经济体的增速大幅下滑,当然我国也不能独善其身。为了应对世界经济整体下滑趋势,2008年出台了一系列刺激经济的政策,但随着时间的推移,应急性政策的弊端也逐步暴露出来,经济结构不合理、经济增长缺乏内生动力、环境污染严重等。由于我国整体经济增速大幅下滑,煤炭市场的需求也大幅下降,整体供大于求,价格大幅下滑,行业进入深度调整期。同时,鄂尔多斯市房地产市场也于2012年崩盘,经济受到重创,这些错综复杂的宏观经济环境对JX煤业集团有限公司的发展带来挑战。为了应对外部环境的变化,促进集团公司的高效发展,制定面向未来的战略目标并实施有效地管理成为亟待解决的问题。方向正确,方可避免南辕北辙。战略管理作为企业管理的重要部分,是合理安排公司一切经营活动的重要依据,对于JX煤业集团有限公司更是如此。一方面由于外部环境的错综复杂,公司战略目标的制定尤为重要；另一方面,战略目标作为公司运营活动的主要依据,是公司能否长久具备核心竞争力的关键所在。本论文的研究内容包括：一是对战略管理的相关理论进行梳理,主要包括：战略分析、战略选择和战略目标的实施与控制,为全文的分析提供理论框架。二是对JX煤业集团有限公司的现状进行介绍,并对公司的内外部环境进行了分析,运用PEST分析方法、五力模型和SWOT分析方法找出公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,为战略目标的制定和实施提供依据。三是为JX煤业集团有限公司制定战略目标,并对战略实施和控制提出建议。
[Abstract]:The U.S. economy has slumped since the subprime crisis in 2008, dragging down the global economy and slowing growth in major economies. In order to cope with the overall downward trend of the world economy, a series of policies were introduced in 2008 to stimulate the economy. However, with the passage of time, the drawbacks of the emergency policy have been gradually exposed, the economic structure is unreasonable, and the economic growth lacks endogenous impetus. Serious environmental pollution, etc. As China's overall economic growth rate has fallen sharply, demand in the coal market has also fallen sharply, the overall supply has exceeded demand, prices have fallen sharply, and the industry has entered a period of deep adjustment. At the same time, the Ordos real estate market collapsed in 2012, the economy was hit hard, these complex macroeconomic environment for JX Coal Group Co., Ltd. development challenges. In order to cope with the change of the external environment and promote the efficient development of the group company, it is an urgent problem to set the strategic goal for the future and to implement the effective management. In the right direction, we can avoid polarity. As an important part of enterprise management, strategic management is an important basis for rational arrangement of all business activities of the company, especially for JX Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. On the one hand, due to the complexity of the external environment, the formulation of strategic objectives is particularly important; on the other hand, as the main basis of the company's operational activities, strategic objectives are the key to the long-term core competitiveness of the company. The research contents of this thesis include: The first is to sort out the relevant theories of strategic management, mainly including: strategic analysis, strategic choice and the implementation and control of strategic objectives, which provides a theoretical framework for the analysis of the full text. The second is to introduce the present situation of JX Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., and analyze the internal and external environment of the company. By using the PEST analysis method, the five-force model and the SWOT analysis method, we can find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the company. To provide the basis for the formulation and implementation of strategic objectives. The third is to make strategic objectives for JX Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd.
