【摘要】：员工满意度是人力资源管理的焦点之一，，提升员工的满意度是影响现代企业发展中的重要环节。本文对此问题进行了研究，研究对象是黑龙江省的一家大型国有房地产公司，在研究中主要运用了员工满意度理论和心里契约理论，在研究形式上本文采用了调查报告的形式，在研究方法上主要采用了文献研究法、调查法和个案分析法。本文首先通过对企业的实际调查及员工的满意度问卷调查明确了其在员工满意度方面的现状及存在的问题；其次对满意度低的原因进行了较为具体的分析，再次从工作环境、薪资福利几个方面提出提升企业员工满意度的策略；最后对相关实施措施进行了阐述。本文的研究对于降低HD企业的员工离职率、提高员工的满意度起到了积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Employee satisfaction is one of the focal points of human resource management, and improving employee satisfaction is an important link that affects the development of modern enterprises. This article has carried on the research to this question, the research object is a large state-owned real estate company in Heilongjiang Province, has mainly used the employee satisfaction theory and the psychological contract theory in the research, this article has adopted the investigation report form in the research form. In the research method, mainly used the literature research method, the investigation method and the case analysis method. In this paper, first of all, through the actual investigation of enterprises and employee satisfaction questionnaire, the paper clarifies the current situation and existing problems of employee satisfaction, and then makes a more specific analysis of the reasons for the low satisfaction, and then analyzes the working environment from the point of view of the working environment. Several aspects of salary and welfare are put forward to improve the employee satisfaction; finally, the related implementation measures are described. The research in this paper has played a positive role in reducing employee turnover rate and improving employee satisfaction in HD enterprises.
