家饰用品企业库存管理研究

【摘要】:家饰用品行业是伴随着“轻装修,重装饰”家装理念的发展,由礼品和工艺品行业快速发展而来。家饰用品是指装修完毕后,利用那些易更换、易变动位置的饰物与家居用品,如玻璃器皿、床品布艺、仿真花艺、画艺墙饰、装饰摆件、收纳用品等对室内的二次陈设与布置。伴随消费者欣赏水平的不断提高以及房地产行业的快速发展,同家具、建材行业相比,家饰用品因消费周期短,重复购买比重大,近几年家饰用品的需求不断激增。2008年金融危机之前,大部分家饰用品生产企业不重视内销市场。分析缘由,是因为国内的消费需求多样化、个性化,而家饰用品行业属于劳动密集型产业,款式多、数量少的订单很难在生产线操作。2008年金融危机的爆发,一方面国外订单大量减少,一方面国内劳动成本不断提高,致使中国制造的价格优势逐渐消失,原来从事外销的企业开始重视并转战国内市场。为了节约劳动成本,便于采购和生产,生产企业要求经销商加大采购数量。经销商不得不增加库存数量。其实,无论制造商还是渠道商都面对如何储备库存产品,如何管理库存产品,如何降低库存成本,加速库存产品的周转速度,有效预测内外环境对于库存量的影响等一系列关于库存管理的难题。库存管理存在的问题已经成为阻碍企业和行业发展的首要障碍。北京悦美饰家商贸有限公司是一家从事家饰用品销售的商贸公司,同很多分销企业一样,在企业经营管理过程中,库存管理已经成为了企业发展中的障碍。在本案例中笔者通过对家饰用品企业进行走访调研的基础上,结合文献资料分析各类库存管理方法的利弊,寻求适合家饰用品企业的库存管理方法,同时结合案例企业采用的库存对策进行实证研究,选择适用的库存管理模式。
[Abstract]:Home decoration industry is accompanied by the "light decoration, heavy decoration" home decoration concept development, from the gift and crafts industry rapid development. Home decoration is to use those easy to change, easy to change the position of the ornaments and household supplies, such as glassware, bedding fabric, simulation floriculture, painting wall decoration, storage supplies and so on for the second furnishings and layout. With the continuous improvement of consumer appreciation and the rapid development of the real estate industry, compared with the furniture and building materials industry, household ornaments have a short consumption cycle and a large proportion of repeated purchases. Demand for home furnishings has surged in recent years. Before the 2008 financial crisis, most home furnishings manufacturers did not value the domestic market. The reason for the analysis is that domestic consumer demand is diversified and individualized, while the home decoration industry is a labor-intensive industry with many styles and small quantities of orders that are difficult to operate on production lines. The outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, On the one hand, foreign orders are greatly reduced, on the other hand, the domestic labor cost is rising constantly, which makes the price advantage of Chinese manufacture disappear gradually, and the original export enterprises begin to attach importance to and turn to the domestic market. In order to save labor costs, easy to purchase and production, manufacturers require dealers to increase the number of purchases. The dealer had to increase the stock. In fact, both manufacturers and channel vendors are faced with how to store inventory products, how to manage inventory products, how to reduce inventory costs, and how to speed up the turnover of inventory products. Effectively predict the impact of internal and external environment on inventory, and so on a series of problems on inventory management. The existing problems of inventory management have become the main obstacle to the development of enterprises and industries. Beijing Yuemei Merchants Trading Co., Ltd. is a business company engaged in the sale of household accessories. Like many distribution enterprises, inventory management has become an obstacle to the development of enterprises in the process of business management. In this case, based on the investigation of the domestic jewelry enterprises, combined with the literature analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of inventory management, to find a suitable inventory management methods for domestic accessories enterprises, At the same time, combined with the case of the inventory strategy adopted by empirical research, choose a suitable inventory management model.
