中国企业房地产化分析:现象、原因与对策

【摘要】:1998-2009年尤其是2003-2008年,中国房地产企业迅速增加,各类企业迅速向房地产转型,这一企业房地产化的现象,对今天和未来的中国经济的发展和转型带来许多的风险、阻力和隐患。本文对试图对1998-2009年这一企业过度房地产化现象进行了系统的分析和梳理。阐述了企业过度房地产化的表现特征,分析导致企业房地产化的深层原因,指出企业房地产化给中国经济未来发展埋下的潜在风险及危害,进而提出了解决企业过度房地产化的对策建议。
[Abstract]:From 1998 to 2009, especially from 2003 to 2008, China's real estate enterprises increased rapidly, and all kinds of enterprises quickly transformed to real estate. This phenomenon of enterprise real estate has brought a lot of risks, resistance and hidden dangers to the development and transformation of China's economy today and in the future. This paper attempts to analyze and comb the phenomenon of excessive real estate in this enterprise from 1998 to 2009. This paper expounds the performance characteristics of excessive real estate in enterprises, analyzes on the deep causes leading to the real estate of enterprises, and points out the potential risks and harms that are buried in the future development of China's economy by the development of real estate in enterprises. Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the excessive real estate enterprises.
