【摘要】：在我国经济社会不断向前发展的时代背景下,推动了人们生活水平上升到了一个新的高度,在很大程度上加促进了我国房地产建筑行业得到了极大的发展,但是房地产行业之间的发展情况存在着很大的差距。因此施工单位与企业应当在建筑施工中加强工程造价的管理与控制,在这个过程中对施工项目实施的整个过程进行控制至关重要,从而全面的加强房地产建设工程中的经济效益与社会效益。本文通过论述与分析了我国房地产项目成本控制的主要内容、建筑施工实施阶段成本控制的具体措施、工程造价的成本控制应当注意的问题三个主要方面,旨在全面加强房地产行业中工程造价的控制力度,全面的给房地产企业带来经济效益的最大化,推动我国房地产企业得到进一步发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the continuous development of our country's economy and society, it has promoted the people's living standard to a new height, and to a great extent has promoted the development of the real estate construction industry in our country. However, there is a big gap between the development of the real estate industry. Therefore, the construction unit and the enterprise should strengthen the management and control of the project cost in the construction, in this process, it is very important to control the whole process of the implementation of the construction project. So as to strengthen the real estate construction project in the economic and social benefits. This paper discusses and analyzes the main contents of the cost control of the real estate project in our country, the concrete measures of the cost control in the stage of the construction implementation, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the cost control of the project cost. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the control of engineering cost in the real estate industry, to maximize the economic benefits of the real estate enterprises, and to promote the further development of the real estate enterprises in our country.
