房地产集中采购系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机信息技术的不断发展，房地产企业对集中采购管理的信息化要求也日益提高，集中采购信息化可以提高房地产企业资源的优化配置，规范房地产企业的采购流程，集中采购信息化可以有效整合集团各种资源，发挥聚集规模效应、提高成本控制的管控时效性和准确性，并且提高内部与外部的响应质量和响应效率。随之带来的问题就是如何科学有效的对房地产企业进行集中采购信息化管理。因此开发一个完善的房地产集中采购系统是十分必要的。本文首先介绍软件能力成熟度模型集成模型规范的定义及其在项目开发中的应用，接着对系统的需求进行了分析，，并应用建模工具进行建模，运用SSH框架进行了软件架构的开发，在此基础上，设计了系统的流程图，并对数据库进行了设计，论文重点介绍系统的设计和实现过程，同时也对开发过程中遇到的关键技术和重要难点进行了分析和讲解。本系统基于企业能力成熟度模型集成模型规范，采用B/S模式，以MyEclipse9.0、MySql5.0为开发工具，主要运用SSH架构实现系统后台与界面设计的。根据瀑布型软件生命周期模型的需求、设计、开发、测试、实施维护等几个阶段来进行房地产集中采购系统的开发，它包括基本数据管理、物资需求计划管理、采购申请管理、订单制定管理、采购订单管理五大模块。利用开发的房地产集中采购系统，可以全面准确地做好企业数据的高效率分析、综合、存储。本系统界面美观友好，保证数据的安全性，最大限度地实现系统的易维护性和易操作性。由于是通过跨平台java语言和SSH框架的开发，使得系统的可移植性比较好，并使用Hibernate访问数据库，使得开发效率和数据库运行的系统更加提高，开发的系统以良好的交互界面实现了集中采购的功能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer information technology, the information requirements of centralized purchasing management for real estate enterprises are also increasing day by day. Centralized procurement informatization can improve the optimal allocation of real estate enterprise resources and standardize the procurement process of real estate enterprises. Centralized procurement information can effectively integrate all kinds of resources of the group, bring into play the agglomeration scale effect, improve the timeliness and accuracy of cost control, and improve the internal and external response quality and response efficiency. The following problem is how to scientifically and effectively carry on the centralized purchasing information management to the real estate enterprise. Therefore, the development of a perfect real estate centralized procurement system is very necessary. This paper first introduces the definition of software capability maturity model integration model specification and its application in project development, then analyzes the requirements of the system, and uses modeling tools to model. The software architecture is developed by using SSH framework. On this basis, the flow chart of the system is designed, and the database is designed. The design and implementation of the system are mainly introduced in this paper. At the same time, the key technologies and important difficulties encountered in the development process are analyzed and explained. This system is based on the enterprise capability maturity model integration model specification, adopts the B / S model, takes MyEclipse 9.0and MySql5.0 as the development tool, mainly uses the SSH architecture to realize the system backstage and the interface design. According to the requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance of the waterfall software lifecycle model to develop the real estate centralized purchasing system, it includes basic data management, material requirement planning management, purchase application management, etc. Order development management, purchase order management five modules. By using the developed real estate centralized purchasing system, the high efficiency analysis, synthesis and storage of enterprise data can be made completely and accurately. The interface of the system is beautiful and friendly, the security of data is guaranteed, and the maintainability and maneuverability of the system are realized to the maximum extent. Because of the development of cross-platform java language and SSH framework, the portability of the system is relatively good, and Hibernate is used to access the database, which makes the development efficiency and database running system more improved. The system has realized the function of centralized purchasing with good interactive interface.
