常规民用板式套房家具增值途径研究

【摘要】:板式家具曾以其组装灵活、款式多样、造型百变、时尚简约等诸多优点风靡全球,并且以星火燎原之势蓬勃发展,催生了一大批新兴的家具制造基地和新兴的家具品牌,开创了世界家具史的“板式时代”。但是,随着竞争的日益激烈,板式家具产品的同质化,消费的个性化,实木、金属、玻璃等材质家具的兴起及板式家具在造型、功能、档次上的创新未能跟上市场变化的要求,再加上市场导向、经销商体制的不作为及近10年的房地产牛市给全民带来的升值观念变革,使买实木家具的保值、升值观念大行其道,板式家具的发展瓶颈已经显现。板式家具该如何突破重围,重新夺回市场,赢得消费者的内心认同,是一个值得思考的问题。 虽然板式家具面临市场缩水,但是,随着中国城镇化及新农村建设进程的推进,采用健康环保基材(纤维板、刨花板为主),符合低碳经济要素,以时尚、简约为核心的板式家具将继续扮演市场的宠儿的角色,板式家具依然代表着行业发展的主流方向。在目前高成本投入和低售价的压力之下,业内对板式家具代表的未来消费需求也并没有产生怀疑。在板式家具企业进入行业洗牌阶段的大背景下,本文运用科学理性的研究方法,通过大量文献资料的搜索以及透彻的分析挖掘,深入的研究国内外优秀的板式家具企业如何提升自己产品的价值,来指导中小型板式家具企业如何利用现有的技术、材料、工艺等手段来进行产品的开发,并将通过研发产品、提升品牌和改变模式等多种途径寻求改变,从而能够在这个实木家具横行其道的环境中立于不败之地。 本文共分为五个部分,从系统的战略角度去思考板式家具增值的途径。 第一部分,首先总结了国内外对该领域的研究现状,阐述了研究的目的和意义,并且罗列了文中所运用到的相关理论概念的界定。 第二部分,对国内外家具行业及其他行业进行扫描,举例分析各行各业在提升产品价值方面的实际表现。 第三部分,通过上述分析推导出的理论增值途径,梳理其逻辑关系,构筑理论平台。 第四部分,将推导出来的增值途径的理论植入选定的板式家具产品中,通过不同的增值途径的导入,演绎出多套不同的方案。 第五部分,选取调查人员分别对原图片以及本论文中的设计方案进行打分评估,通过比较新方案与原有产品的得分情况来判断该套增值途径理论是否切实可行。
[Abstract]:Board furniture has been popular all over the world with its advantages of flexible assembly, diverse styles, changeable shape, fashion simplicity and so on. It has spawned a large number of new furniture manufacturing bases and new furniture brands as a result of the vigorous development of spark fire. Created the world furniture history of the "board era." However, with the increasingly fierce competition, the homogenization of panel furniture products, the individualization of consumption, the rise of solid wood, metal, glass and other materials furniture, and the innovation of panel furniture in shape, function and grade, it can not keep up with the requirements of market changes. In addition, the market orientation, the inaction of the dealer system and the reform of the concept of appreciation brought by the real estate bull market in the past 10 years have made the maintenance and appreciation of the purchase of solid wood furniture popular, and the bottleneck of the development of the board furniture has been revealed. How to break through the siege, retake the market and win the inner recognition of consumers is a problem worth thinking about. Although panel furniture is facing a shrinking market, with the development of urbanization and new rural construction in China, the use of healthy and environmentally friendly substrates (fiberboard, particleboard, etc.) is in line with low-carbon economic elements and is fashionable. Minimalism as the core of panel furniture will continue to play the role of market darling, panel furniture still represents the mainstream direction of industry development. Under the current pressure of high cost input and low price, there is no doubt about the future consumer demand of panel furniture representative. Under the background of the plate furniture enterprise entering the trade shuffling stage, this paper uses the scientific and rational research method, through the search of a large number of documents and thorough analysis and excavation, Deeply study how domestic and foreign excellent plate furniture enterprises to enhance their own product value, to guide small and medium-sized panel furniture enterprises how to use existing technology, materials, technology and other means to carry out product development, and will develop products through research and development. Promote brand and change mode and other ways to seek change, so that in this solid wood furniture across the road environment in an invincible position. This paper is divided into five parts, from the strategic point of view of the system to think about the way to add value of panel furniture. In the first part, the author summarizes the current situation of research in this field at home and abroad, expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and lists the definitions of the relevant theoretical concepts used in this paper. In the second part, the domestic and foreign furniture industry and other industries are scanned, and examples are given to analyze the actual performance of various industries in enhancing the value of products. The third part, through above analysis deduces the theory increment way, combs its logic relation, constructs the theory platform. In the fourth part, the theory of the derived value-added approach is implanted into the selected panel furniture products, and through the introduction of different value-added ways, several sets of different schemes are deduced. In the fifth part, the investigators are selected to evaluate the original picture and the design scheme in this paper, and compare the new scheme with the original product to judge whether the theory of value-added approach is feasible or not.
