【摘要】：正1南亚之门项目概况南亚之门项目位于某省会城市规划中的CBD核心区东南角,具体范围东至白塔路真庆观、绿洲大酒店,南至拓东路、绿洲大酒店,西至省国家税务局宿舍、拓东街道办事处,北至尚义街,用地面积约3.04hm~2。用地现状由低矮厂房、停车场和3栋居民楼组成(图1)。本项目所处地段在CBD核心区城市设计中被规划为地标性商务建筑之一,并作为提升拓东路道路街景的重要构成要素。市政府为尽快促进CBD地区的开发建设,通过招商引资的方式引进了一家外地颇具实力的房地产开发公司(以下简称"T公司")作为开发主体。
[Abstract]:The South Asia Gate Project is located in the southeastern corner of the CBD core area in the planning of a provincial capital city. The specific scope of the project is from the east to the Baita Road Zhenqing Guan, the south to the Tuodong Road, the south to the dormitory of the National Taxation Bureau, and the west to the dormitory of the National Taxation Bureau. Tung Tung Street Office, Sheung Yee Street, North, about 3.04 hmm2. Land use status by low plant, parking lot and 3 residential buildings (fig. 1). The location of the project is planned as one of the landmark commercial buildings in the urban design of the CBD core area, and it is an important element to enhance the street view of the road on the east road of Tuodong Road. In order to promote the development and construction of CBD as soon as possible, the municipal government introduced a strong real estate development company ("T Company") as the main body of development.
