养老地产经营模式分析

【摘要】：随着中国人口出生率的下降和老年人口的增加，中国已进入老龄化社会,养老问题日益突出，，必须发展社会化养老模式。本文通过分析发达国家先进的养老地产运营模式，提出适合我国的养老地产运营模式。本文通过理论分析和养老地产案例研究，得出以下结论：通过分析美国、日本、新加坡、德国等国的房地产运营模式，构建中国养老地产的运营管理模式，包括营销模式、反按揭、物业管理模式等。
[Abstract]:With the decline of the birth rate and the increase of the elderly population in China, China has entered an aging society, and the problem of the aged has become increasingly prominent, so it is necessary to develop the mode of socialized old-age support. Based on the analysis of advanced pension real estate operation mode in developed countries, this paper puts forward a suitable pension real estate operation model for our country. Through theoretical analysis and case study, this paper draws the following conclusions: by analyzing the real estate operation models of the United States, Japan, Singapore, Germany and other countries, this paper constructs the operation and management model of China's pension real estate, including the marketing model. Anti-mortgage, property management model, etc.
