房地产信贷管理信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:目前,商业银行普遍建立了较为完善的授信管理体系,在授信前和授信过程中,借助尽职调查、风险评估等业务以及现代化的IT手段,努力控制授信风险并不断追求授信效益最大化。但是,随着授信规模和授信客户存量的日益增长,商业银行传统的对授信风险的管理要求越来越高。然而由于各业务部门目标分散以及现有IT架构导致的“信息孤岛”效应等原因,使得现有的手工管理一方面不能在本行内部统一、全面、及时地掌握同一个客户所有业务状态以做出客观的客户评价,一方面更难以对行业、地区、时期等不同的房地产企业客户群整体的房地产房贷管理状态予以把握以在宏观上持续有效地改进授信政策和管理方案。本文基于J2EE体系结构的基础上,研究了使用B/S的Struts框架结构设计模式。开发使用基于J2EE的MVC架构,采用MSSQLServer2012数据库。在全面分析银行房贷管理系统的结构和业务需求,根据软件应用设计实现方法的基础上,首先对房贷信息管理系统进行了需求分析,并采取UML科学建模技术,得到系统的用例图、据此进行系统的总体设计。阐述了系统的主要架构,系统设计的主要功能模块包括客户信息管理模块、客户信用控制模块、房贷中心审批管理模块后、房贷跟踪管理模块、等等。对于房地产房贷的每一个业务流程,各种业务分类模块的设计和实现。基于J2EE平台和Struts框架技术的J银行房地产房贷管理系统具有极佳的可移植性、完备的安全性、可重复利用性高等优点。而且系统可以开发部署在不同架构的环境中的便携式应用程序。基于J2EE的开发的房贷管理系统不依赖任何特定操作系统、中间件、硬件,因此一次开发后就可以部署到各种系统平台,使用Git实现软件版本的管理、迭代和更新。这在典型的银行系统异构计算环境中是十分关键的。
[Abstract]:At present, commercial banks have generally established a relatively perfect credit management system. Before and during the credit process, the commercial banks rely on due diligence, risk assessment and modern IT means, such as due diligence, risk assessment, and so on. Efforts to control credit risk and continue to pursue the maximum benefit of credit. However, with the increasing of credit scale and customer stock, the traditional management requirements of credit risk of commercial banks are higher and higher. However, due to the scattered objectives of various business units and the "information island" effect caused by the existing IT architecture, the existing manual management cannot be unified and comprehensive within the bank on the one hand, On the one hand, it is more difficult to grasp all the business status of the same customer in order to make objective customer evaluation, on the one hand, it is more difficult for the industry, the region, In order to improve the credit policy and management scheme continuously and effectively, the management state of real estate loan is grasped by different clients of real estate enterprises in this period. Based on the J2EE architecture, the design pattern of Struts framework using B / S is studied in this paper. The development uses MVC architecture based on J2EE and MSSQLServer2012 database. Based on the overall analysis of the structure and business requirements of the bank mortgage management system, and based on the method of software application design and implementation, this paper first analyzes the requirements of the housing loan information management system, and adopts the scientific modeling technology of UML. The use case diagram of the system is obtained, and the overall design of the system is carried out accordingly. The main function modules of the system design include customer information management module, customer credit control module, housing loan center examination and approval management module, mortgage tracking management module, and so on. For each real estate mortgage business process, various business classification module design and implementation. The real estate loan management system of J Bank based on J2EE platform and Struts framework technology has the advantages of excellent portability, complete security, high reusability and so on. And the system can develop portable applications deployed in different architectures. The housing loan management system based on J2EE does not depend on any particular operating system, middleware and hardware, so it can be deployed to all kinds of system platforms after one development, and use Git to manage, iterate and update the software version. This is crucial in a typical heterogeneous computing environment for banking systems.
