Z置业公司绩效管理体系再设计

【摘要】:21世纪是知识经济时代,知识成为企业人力资源打造核心竞争力的主要力量,在企业的可持续发展中,人力资源越来越凸显出其重要性。“以人为本”作为企业在经营管理中的核心名词,员工的积极性、主动性和创造性被激励和激发。近几年来,越来越多的企业开始把绩效管理作为加强其人力资源管理的有效手段,绩效管理在企业管理中已得到广泛推广和应用,是一项探索性很强的工作,极富开创性和挑战性。 为了提高核心竞争力,在残酷的市场竞争中,大多数企业都在积极寻求组织绩效有效的管理方法,竭力构建一个适合自己、可持续的绩效管理体系。为此,本文先阐述了绩效及绩效管理的含义、房地产企业的绩效管理、绩效管理的流程、绩效管理常用一些工具,然后以Z置业公司为主要研究对象,阐述了Z置业公司的概况,对Z置业公司在以往实施绩效管理过程中存在的问题进行了认真的总结与分析,对Z置业公司绩效管理体系进行了优化设计,提出了Z置业公司绩效管理体系设计的目的、原则和方法,给出了详细的绩效考核流程和一些有针对性、操作性强的表格,,对新的绩效管理体系实施提出一些建议,最后对Z置业公司的绩效管理进行总结和展望。 该论文将工作绩效与公司的目标有机地结合起来,建立一套适用于Z置业公司可持续发展的绩效管理体系,将提高个人绩效水平、企业管理能力、整合企业核心竞争力,最终实现企业的中长期发展战略目标。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the main force to build the core competitiveness of enterprise human resources, in the sustainable development of enterprises, the importance of human resources is more and more prominent. "People-oriented" as the core term of enterprise management, the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees are encouraged and stimulated. In recent years, more and more enterprises began to take performance management as an effective means to strengthen their human resources management. Performance management has been widely promoted and applied in enterprise management, which is a very exploratory work. Extremely pioneering and challenging. In order to improve the core competitiveness, in the cruel market competition, most enterprises are actively seeking effective management methods of organizational performance, and try to build a suitable and sustainable performance management system. Therefore, this paper first expounds the meaning of performance and performance management, the performance management of real estate enterprises, the process of performance management, performance management commonly used in some tools, and then take Z home company as the main research object. This paper expounds the general situation of Z Real Estate Company, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the past performance management process of Z Real Estate Company, and optimizes the performance management system of Z Real Estate Company. This paper puts forward the purpose, principle and method of the performance management system design of Z Real Estate Company, gives the detailed performance appraisal process and some targeted and operable tables, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the new performance management system. Finally, the performance management of Z real estate company is summarized and prospected. This paper organically combines the work performance with the goal of the company, and establishes a set of performance management system suitable for the sustainable development of Z homeownership company, which will improve the level of personal performance, the management ability of the enterprise, and integrate the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Finally realize the medium-and long-term development strategic goal of the enterprise.
