吉峰农机工程机械板块业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:2011年之前的10年,持续高增长的基础建设投资及房地产行业成就了中国工程机械,但“四万亿”刺激带来的辉煌过后,这两个关键驱动因素不再持续发力,一直持续高企的基本建设投资规模和房地产行业的高速发展得到了有效控制,这直接导致工程机械行业进入从高速增长向中低速增长的过渡调整期。调整期内,需求增速放缓、产能过剩、激烈的竞争可能导致产业链各层级的企业出现大洗牌。在调整期里存活下来的企业才有可能享有未来由城镇化建设的快速推进及保持经济稳增长的其他措施带来的行业发展新机遇。2010年开始代理经销工程机械产品的吉峰农机工程机械板块,是否能够利用行业调整的机会取得发展,如何判断自身的优势、劣势以做出变革并培育出独特的核心竞争力以谋求快速成长。本文希望结合自身特点、行业趋势来探讨这些问题,从而制定出适合吉峰农机工程机械板块业务发展的战略。本文以战略管理理论为基础,运用波特五力竞争模型、SWOT矩阵等分析方法,通过对吉峰工程机械板块现阶段的内部资源与能力进行分析,结合工程机械行业的竞争结构、市场需求特点,分析了吉峰农机工程机械板块业务发展的优劣势及机会威胁,从而对吉峰工程机械板块的代理产品规划、目标市场选择、经营模式变革等进行探讨,确立其发展战略,并制定相应的保障措施来推进战略的贯彻实施。全文共分为绪论、内部资源与能力分析、外部环境分析、战略制定、战略实施保障和总结等六个部分。
[Abstract]:China's construction machinery was made by a decade of sustained growth in infrastructure investment and real estate in the decade leading up to 2011, but after the splendor of the "4 trillion" stimulus, these two key drivers are no longer sustained. The continuous high scale of capital construction investment and the rapid development of real estate industry have been effectively controlled, which directly leads the construction machinery industry to enter the transition period from high growth to medium and low speed growth. During the adjustment period, demand growth slowed, overcapacity, fierce competition may lead to industrial chain at all levels of enterprise reshuffle. It is only during the adjustment period that enterprises that survive the adjustment period may enjoy new opportunities for industry development brought about by the rapid development of urbanization and other measures to maintain stable economic growth. Jiji, which began to distribute construction machinery products as an agent in 2010, Peak agricultural machinery construction machinery plate, Whether can make use of the opportunity of industry adjustment to achieve development, how to judge their own strengths, weaknesses in order to make changes and cultivate a unique core competitiveness in order to seek rapid growth. This paper hopes to discuss these problems in combination with its own characteristics and industry trends, so as to formulate a strategy suitable for the business development of Jifeng agricultural machinery construction machinery plate. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of Jifeng construction machinery plate at the present stage by using Porter's five-force competition model and SWOT matrix, and combines the competitive structure of construction machinery industry. The characteristics of market demand, the advantages and disadvantages of Jifeng agricultural machinery construction machinery plate business development and the opportunity threat are analyzed, and the agent product planning, target market selection and business model reform of Jifeng construction machinery plate are discussed. Establish its development strategy, and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the strategy. The paper is divided into six parts: introduction, internal resource and ability analysis, external environment analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation guarantee and summary.
