异形柱框架住宅楼结构可靠性鉴定与加固技术研究

【摘要】:近二十多年来,随着社会经济的高速发展、科技的长足进步以及人口的大量增加,异形柱框架结构住宅楼逐渐成为我国城市规划和建设的主要趋势。这种结构使得室内不出现棱角和柱子的突出部分,满足了建筑转角与墙体相接处的空间要求,便于家具布置以及扩大了房间内部的有效使用面积。这些优点都促使异形柱结构的房屋出现在越来越多的建筑中。但是由于设计、施工、选材等方面的原因,房屋结构出现了构件强度不足、混凝土质量问题、墙体开裂渗水等一系列的病害,严重影响到了人们正常的工作和生活。此外,在住宅楼漫长的使用周期内,人们可能会因对居住环境更高的要求或者对房屋用途的改变而对房屋进行旧房改造或者变更。无论是哪种情况,为了保证结构能够继续安全使用,均需要进行修复或者加固。 我国已经历了20多年大规模的房地产高速发展。然而房地产业快速、高额的资金回报率使得很多开发商在项目开发时过于急功近利,很多“烂尾”建筑难以避免并大量地出现了。加强对“烂尾”建筑可靠性鉴定评估的研究,对其后续的改造再利用具有重要的社会意义和巨大的经济效益。 本住宅楼就是从一座烂尾楼修复加固而来,该楼已闲置10余年,其结构长期处于未完工状态并受到环境侵蚀,出现了构件老化、钢筋锈蚀等损伤,导致结构功能逐渐降低。需要重新评估混凝土结构的耐久性与安全性,进而对混凝土主体结构进行加固补强。 本文主要研究工作包括以下几个方面的内容: 1、阐述了房屋结构进行可靠性鉴定及加固的现实原因及研究意义,介绍了可靠性鉴定的概念、内容及常用方法。 2、列举了钢筋混凝土结构常用的加固方案,并针对更满足住宅楼结构加固对使用空间减少小、对正常使用影响少、工期短等要求的粘钢加固法和粘贴碳纤维加固法进行了特点、适用性及互换性方面的比较。 3、结合某住宅楼实际情况,依据现行技术规范,对其结构材料的强度、几何尺寸、老化程度、裂缝发展等情况通过实测获得一手数据,并对该房屋各构件进行承载力的安全性鉴定、按鉴定单元进行安全性等级评定、抗震鉴定。基于相关检测鉴定评估结果,经过方案比较得出相应的加固建议,指出该案例对相似案例的实际指导意义,并对后续的研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, with the rapid development of social economy, the rapid progress of science and technology and the increase of population, the irregular column frame structure residential building has gradually become the main trend of urban planning and construction in our country. This kind of structure makes the interior do not appear the corner and the pillar protruding part, has satisfied the building corner and the wall to meet the space request, is convenient for the furniture arrangement and expands the room interior effective use area. These advantages promote the appearance of special-shaped columns in more and more buildings. However, due to the reasons of design, construction, material selection and so on, there are a series of diseases in the building structure, such as insufficient strength of the members, concrete quality problems, cracks and water seepage of the wall, which seriously affect the normal work and life of people. In addition, during the long life cycle of residential buildings, people may transform or change old houses because of higher requirements for living environment or changes in the use of houses. In either case, in order to ensure that the structure can continue to be safe to use, it is necessary to repair or strengthen. Our country has experienced 20 years large-scale real estate high-speed development. However, with the rapid development of real estate industry and the high rate of return on funds, many developers are eager to make quick progress in the development of the project, and a lot of "rotten" buildings are inevitable and appear in large numbers. It is of great social significance and great economic benefit to strengthen the research on the evaluation of the reliability of the "rotten tail" building. This residential building is repaired and strengthened from an uncompleted building, which has been idle for more than 10 years. Its structure has been in an unfinished state for a long time and has been eroded by the environment, resulting in the aging of members and the corrosion of steel bars, which leads to the gradual decline of structural functions. It is necessary to re-evaluate the durability and safety of concrete structure, and then reinforce the main structure of concrete. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1. The practical reasons and significance of reliability appraisal and reinforcement of building structure are expounded, and the concept of reliability appraisal is introduced. Content and common methods. 2. The common reinforcement schemes of reinforced concrete structures are listed, and aiming at reducing the use space and affecting the normal use of the reinforced concrete structures more satisfied with the residential buildings, The characteristics, applicability and interchangeability of bonded steel reinforcement method and bonded carbon fiber reinforcement method are compared. 3. According to the actual situation of a residential building, according to the current technical specifications, the strength of the structural materials is analyzed. The geometrical dimension, aging degree, crack development and so on are measured to obtain the primary data, and then the bearing capacity of each member of the building is evaluated, the safety grade is evaluated according to the appraisal unit, and the aseismic evaluation is carried out. Based on the evaluation results of correlation testing and appraisal, the corresponding reinforcement suggestions are obtained by comparing the schemes, and the practical guiding significance of this case to similar cases is pointed out, and the future research direction is prospected.
