小型房地产企业工程建设档案管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本文针对小型房地产企业工程档案管理的实际需求,基于成熟技术体系设计研发了档案管理系统。房地产工程项目管理涉及施工图设计文件、现场施工文件、厂家资质及企业资料的管理等。具体到成都双新科技创业投资有限公司实际情况,经过深入调研,实际管理中存在施工图设计文件图量存储大、查阅繁琐,现场施工文件传递工作成本较高工作效率低下,厂家资质及企业资料、人员管理复杂,管理中监督困难等问题。针对上述实际情况,本文研究具有安全性、易用性、可扩展性和可移植性的工程档案管理系统,以解决档案操作流程信息化问题,提高工程管理工作效率,实现工程档案登记自动化、管理信息化。课题主要研究内容包括:1.项目管理功能。项目的立项过程和相关档案材料的管理是工程档案管理的内容之一。研究立项过程中的节点管理和过程档案管理,以便避免纰漏,利于日后的档案查阅和后续工程的开展。2.归档管理功能。研究电子档案归档和实体档案归档。电子化档案指doc、pdf数字图片等形式的档案;实体档案指纸质档案,这类档案只存储相关的元数据,如类别、来源、建立或颁发日期等。归档管理将这两类档案的信息、数据录入系统,并进行分类、编目。3.验收管理功能。研究档案归档以后,为保证档案及信息的正确,进行归档验收的处理过程。4.档案利用功能。档案利用功能是系统的主要功能,主要研究档案借阅的统筹管理。包括电子档案的下载管理、实体档案的借阅管理。研究通过系统管理规范和授权电子档案的使用,有计划的并规划实体档案的使用,进行及时记录,避免档案的滥用和遗失。5.统计管理功能。研究通过统计管理为管理人员提供关于系统使用和档案使用的信息,为管理人员更好的使用系统,改进系统管理模式,更好发挥系统作用提供帮助。6.系统管理功能。研究账户及角色管理、功能授权等。本文研究开发的基于java和JEE6体系结构的房地产工程建设档案管理系统,对于工程档案管理的科学化、标准化管理具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the actual demand of engineering archives management in small real estate enterprises, this paper designs and develops a file management system based on mature technology system. Real estate project management involves construction drawing design documents, site construction documents, manufacturer qualifications and enterprise information management. Specific to the actual situation of Chengdu Shuangxin Science and Technology Venture Investment Co., Ltd., after in-depth investigation, there is a large amount of storage of construction drawing design documents and drawings in actual management, which is cumbersome to consult, and the cost of transferring construction documents on the spot is relatively high and the work efficiency is low. Manufacturer qualification and enterprise information, complex personnel management, difficult supervision in management and other issues. In view of the above actual situation, this paper studies the engineering archives management system with security, ease of use, expansibility and portability, in order to solve the information problem of file operation process and improve the efficiency of project management. Realize the automation of engineering archives registration, management information. The main research contents include: 1. Project management function. The process of project establishment and the management of related archival materials are one of the contents of engineering archives management. Research on node management and process file management in the process of project establishment, in order to avoid mistakes, and facilitate the future file access and the development of subsequent projects. 2. Filing management function. Research on electronic archiving and physical archiving. Electronic archives refer to the files in the form of doc/ pdf digital pictures and physical files, which store only relevant metadata, such as categories, sources, establishment or issuance dates, etc. Archival management will be the two types of file information, data input system, and classification, cataloging. 3. Acceptance management function. After studying the archiving, to ensure the correct file and information, the archival acceptance process. 4. File utilization function. The function of archives utilization is the main function of the system. Including electronic file download management, physical file lending management. Research through the system management norms and authorization of the use of electronic files, plan and plan the use of physical files, timely records, to avoid file abuse and loss .5. Statistical management function. The research provides managers with information on system usage and file use through statistical management, helps managers to better use the system, improve the system management model, and better play the role of system. System management function. Research account and role management, functional delegation, etc. This paper studies and develops a real estate engineering construction archives management system based on java and JEE6 architecture, which is of great significance to the scientific and standardized management of engineering archives management.
