山西济远集团多元化战略优化研究

【摘要】:山西济远集团是以建筑工程公司为基础,在近十年时间内迅速崛起的山西省内大型建筑企业集团,目前产业涉足房地产、建筑工程、石油、航运、建材贸易、物业管理等多个领域。然而,山西济远集团在规模快速扩张的背后,并没有获得理想的预期回报,相反,由于多元化形成了资源分配的不合理,造成了主营业务的经营困难。 文章以山西济远集团为研究对象,多元化战略评价与优化为主要研究问题,依据战略管理理论,多元化理论和核心竞争力等理论,采用PEST.五力模型、EFE矩阵、IFE矩阵以及SWOT等分析方法与工具,对其多元化战略展开分析研究。主要内容包括:①山西济远集团概况及多元化发展历程;②山西济远集团外部环境、自身资源和能力分析,明确多元化发展过程中存在的典型问题与原因;③采用EFE、IFE和SWOT矩阵,研判企业多元化战略的优化方向,根据QSPM评价矩阵选择多元化战略优化方案,并提出以房地产为主导产业、相关多元化适度发展、建立多元化控股公司的山西济远集团多元化优化方案重点;④明确山西济远集团多元化战略优化的工作重点,并提出针对性的保障措施。 论文难点及可能的创新之处:①根据多元化发展理论,采用EFE、IFE矩阵等战略分析工具,对企业内外部环境进行评价,数据采集和处理工作量大;②提出的多元化战略优化方案以及相应的战略实施保障措施,不仅为本企业多元化发展提供了有益参考,而且对于多元化战略理论在建筑行业运用具有一定的应用示范意义。 论文系统分析了山西济远集团多元化发展的内外部环境,指明了存在的典型问题,明确了多元化战略的优化方向、方案与实施保障措施,对公司可持续发展以及多元化发展理论在建筑行业应用推广提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Jiyuan Group is a large construction enterprise group in Shanxi Province, which is based on the construction engineering company and has been rising rapidly in the past ten years. At present, the industry is involved in real estate, construction engineering, oil, shipping, building materials trade. Property management and other areas. However, Shanxi Jiyuan Group has not obtained the desired expected return behind the rapid expansion of its scale. On the contrary, the diversification has resulted in unreasonable distribution of resources, resulting in difficulties in the operation of the main business. This article takes Shanxi Jiyuan Group as the research object, the diversification strategy appraisal and the optimization as the main research question, according to the strategic management theory, the diversification theory and the core competition ability theory, adopts the pest. Five Force Model (EFE) and SWOT are used to analyze its diversification strategy. The main contents include: 1 Shanxi Jiyuan Group's general situation and diversified development course 2 Shanxi Jiyuan Group's external environment, its own resources and ability analysis, the typical problems and reasons in the process of diversification. This paper studies the optimization direction of enterprise diversification strategy, selects the diversification strategy optimization plan according to the QSPM evaluation matrix, and proposes that the real estate industry should be the leading industry and the relevant diversification should be moderately developed. Setting up the Diversified holding Company of Shanxi Jiyuan Group the key point of the diversification optimization scheme is to make clear the key points of the diversification strategy optimization of Shanxi Jiyuan Group and to put forward the corresponding safeguard measures. According to the theory of diversification development, using EFEEIFE matrix and other strategic analysis tools, the paper evaluates the internal and external environment of enterprises, and the workload of data collection and processing is great. 2. The optimization scheme of diversification strategy and the corresponding strategy implementation guarantee measures not only provide a useful reference for the diversification development of the enterprise, but also have a certain application demonstration significance for the application of the diversification strategy theory in the construction industry. This paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of the diversification development of Shanxi Jiyuan Group, points out the typical problems, and clarifies the optimization direction, scheme and implementation guarantee measures of the diversification strategy. It provides a reference for the sustainable development of the company and the application of the theory of diversified development in the construction industry.
