房地产公司股权价值评估研究——以不同开发阶段项目公司为例

【摘要】：飞速发展过后,房地产行业进入新的"白银时代",经营环境发生大的变化,表现之一就是行业兼并收购加剧。在行业整合过程中,作为双方交易价格的基础,房地产公司股权价值评估是重要的环节。本文以房地产项目公司为例,简化了不同开发阶段房地产公司股权评估与审计的关系,有利于投资者决策。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development, the real estate industry has entered a new "silver era", the operating environment has changed greatly, one of the manifestations is the aggravation of the industry merger and acquisition. In the process of industry integration, as the basis of transaction price, real estate company equity value evaluation is an important link. Taking the real estate project company as an example, this paper simplifies the relationship between equity evaluation and audit of real estate companies in different stages of development, which is helpful for investors to make decisions.
