万达广场开发模式分析

【摘要】：近年来以城市综合体为代表的商业地产在国内房地产市场上逐渐升温,在此背景下,通过发展历程、开发模式及竞争优势三个方面,对城市综合体开发的案例标杆万达广场进行一定研究,以期在选址、开发、招商、营销、运营管理及资本运作等方面为城市综合体项目的开发提供思路和借鉴。
