TL公司员工招聘体系优化研究

【摘要】:人才是企业的核心竞争力,同时也是企业之间竞争的核心。企业要招募优秀人才,首先应有良好的人力资源管理能力和员工招聘体系,员工招聘体系对于企业发展具有重要的战略意义。TL公司作为房地产行业的后起之秀,尽管在10多年的发展中取得了较大成就,跻身全国地产公司百强行列,但在员工招聘体系中仍存在诸多不足。因此,如何对员工招聘体系进行优化,提高公司招聘效率,就成为TL公司亟待解决的重大问题。 本文依据员工招聘体系理论及相关研究文献,对TL公司的员工招聘体系进行优化。在深入研究TL公司员工招聘体系现状的基础上,本文认为TL公司的员工招聘体系存在招聘组织尚不完善、招聘计划不太成熟、招聘渠道不够广泛、甄选方法有待规范、录用跟踪有待加强、招聘评估不够系统等问题。这些问题的存在,不仅增加了TL公司的员工招聘成本,而且影响了TL公司的长远发展。针对TL公司员工招聘体系的现状和存在的问题,本文提出了TL公司招聘体系优化的主要内容包括:优化招聘组织、强化招聘计划,拓展招聘渠道、加大宣传力度,丰富甄选工具、规范甄选方法,强化录用跟踪、重视考核测评,完善招聘评估、提升招聘效率。在此基础上,本文从加强招聘体系理念建设、提升人事部门管理水平、加强企业文化建设、完善招聘管理制度等四个层面,提出了保障TL公司员工招聘有效进行的相关措施。通过对TL公司的员工招聘体系进行优化,一方面有助于丰富相关研究文献,另一方面可以对TL公司改进员工招聘工作提供有益借鉴,使TL公司提高招聘效率,提升发展水平。
[Abstract]:Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also the core of competition between enterprises. In order to recruit excellent talents, enterprises should first have good human resource management ability and staff recruitment system, which has important strategic significance for the development of enterprises. TL company is a rising star in the real estate industry. Although it has made great achievements in the development of more than 10 years, it has become one of the top 100 real estate companies in China, but there are still many shortcomings in the recruitment system. Therefore, how to optimize the recruitment system and improve the efficiency of recruitment has become an urgent problem for TL Company. Based on the theory of employee recruitment system and related literature, this paper optimizes the recruitment system of TL Company. On the basis of deeply studying the present situation of TL company's employee recruitment system, this paper thinks that the recruitment system of TL company is not perfect, the recruitment plan is not very mature, the recruitment channel is not wide enough, and the selection method needs to be standardized. Recruitment tracking needs to be strengthened, recruitment evaluation is not systematic and other issues. These problems not only increase the recruitment cost of TL, but also affect TL's long-term development. In view of the present situation and existing problems of TL recruitment system, this paper puts forward the main contents of TL recruitment system optimization, including: optimizing recruitment organization, strengthening recruitment plan, expanding recruitment channels, increasing publicity, Enrich selection tools, standardize selection methods, strengthen employment tracking, attach importance to evaluation, improve recruitment evaluation, and improve recruitment efficiency. On this basis, this paper puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the effective recruitment of TL company from four aspects: strengthening the concept construction of recruitment system, improving the management level of personnel department, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and perfecting the recruitment management system. By optimizing the recruitment system of TL Company, on the one hand, it is helpful to enrich the relevant research literature, on the other hand, it can provide useful reference for TL Company to improve employee recruitment, so that TL Company can improve the efficiency of recruitment and improve the level of development.
