鞍山街道办房产管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着政府机关信息化建设的逐步深入,如何利用现有的计算机技术建立一套高效、灵活、功能强大的管理系统,正成为政府机构日益关注的重要问题。而各个单位的情况千差万别,如何针对不同单位的实际业务需求,建立一套适用的软件平台,又是问题关键之所在。本文首先阐述了管理信息系统开发的基本理论,包括开发过程的介绍、系统平台的选择、UML系统建模、数据库设计方法等。其次针对房管所的特殊业务需求,给出了一个完整的房产管理系统的实现方案,包括系统的需求分析,系统的体系结构设计,各模块的功能设计,数据库设计及系统的集成部署等。对系统管理、房产管理、土地管理、修缮管理、综合查询、电子地图功能进行了详细设计及描述。本文主要研究的是房地产管理信息系统的分析、设计和实现,从体系结构、系统分析设计、数据库设计和与其它系统之间的数据交换等方面进行考虑,建立一个安全完善、灵活扩展、维护方便的应用系统。在技术实现方面,该系统采用了.NET2005平台和SQL Server2005数据库开发,部署在ⅡS6.0上。系统实现过程中主要研究了.NET开发平台、关系型数据库的设计、面向对象开发技术和网络地理信息系统技术等。本房产管理系统实现了街道办房产业务和日常办公业务的计算机管理,实现业务数据的输入、查询、统计、修改、报表的输出打印功能,并通过网络传输上报数据及领导查询数据。以前由人工完成的操作现在由计算机来实现,不仅极大提高了工作效率,而且提高了工作准确性,使房管所工作更加方便、快捷、高效。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the information construction of government organs, how to make use of the existing computer technology to establish a set of efficient, flexible and powerful management system is becoming an important issue that government agencies pay more and more attention to. The situation of each unit varies greatly. How to set up a suitable software platform for different units is the key to the problem. This paper first describes the basic theory of MIS development, including the introduction of development process, the choice of system platform, UML system modeling, database design method and so on. Secondly, according to the special business needs of the house management institute, a complete realization scheme of the real estate management system is given, including the requirement analysis of the system, the system structure design, the function design of each module.
