资金预算视角下企业全面预算管理体系优化设计——以Y企业为例

【摘要】：正我国房地产行业当前还是一个比较新兴的行业,很多房地产公司也都处在成长阶段,所以管理体系还不是非常健全,随之而来的管理问题也就比较多。尽管全面资金预算管理是具有很好应用性以及实操性的管理方法,还能够有效提升房地产公司的资金管理效率,但是笔者调研发现,不少房地产公司虽然进行了全面资金预算管理,但是收效却远差过预期。因此,笔者对YHY房地产公司进行深入细致的调研,并结合该公司的实际运营情况,优化其当前的资金预算管理体系,并将优化措施进行定向延伸。

Although the comprehensive fund budget management is a practical and practical management method, it can also effectively improve the efficiency of real estate companies' capital management, but the author found that, Although many real estate companies have carried out comprehensive capital budget management, but the results are far worse than expected. Therefore, the author carries on the thorough research to the YHY real estate company, and unifies this company's actual operation situation, optimizes its current fund budget management system, and will optimize the measure to carry on the directional extension.
