广西地税构建存量房交易价格评估系统的探索

【摘要】：正近年来,国家进一步加强房地产市场宏观调控,财政部、国家税务总局要求各地积极推进存量房交易价格评估工作。广西地税局从2011年12月起开展存量房交易价格评估系统构建工作,目前已完成该系统在全区的推广应用工作。该系统对于加强存量房交易税收征管具有重要意义,本文着重从信息技术层面入手,结合广西实践,对构建存量房交易价格评估系统的主要做法与取得的成效进行梳理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has further strengthened the macro-control of the real estate market. The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation require all localities to actively promote the price evaluation of stock housing transactions. Guangxi Local Taxation Bureau has carried out the construction of stock house transaction price evaluation system since December 2011 and has now completed the popularization and application of the system in the whole region. This system is of great significance to strengthen the tax collection and management of stock house transaction. This paper focuses on the information technology level, combined with Guangxi practice, to build stock housing transaction price evaluation system main practices and achievements are combed.
