基于PCS7的浮法玻璃热端控制系统设计

【摘要】:房地产行业和汽车行业的快速发展推动了国内外浮法玻璃的需求量。我国虽然拥有世界“三大浮法玻璃工艺”中的洛阳玻璃,但是仍有相当一部分的浮法玻璃生产线所采用的依旧是80年代的控制系统,不但控制精度不高、玻璃的产量和质量一般,而且能耗非常高。近几年我国自动化行业发展迅速,浮法玻璃生产线也逐渐在向大型化、智能化发展,先进浮法玻璃热端控制系统的研究意义重大。 本文首先分析了国内外浮法玻璃热端控制系统的发展现状,根据浮法玻璃热端控制系统的控制要求,使用西门子SIMATIC PCS7控制系统作为设计平台,对整个浮法玻璃热端控制系统的硬件配置、系统架构的配置、软硬件实现以及控制策略做了详细的设计。其中在浮法玻璃流道玻璃液温度控制方面提出了采用先进的内模控制策略进行改进,并在MATLAB的SIMULINK平台上进行仿真,仿真结果验证此方案相比原控制策略有明显的优势,在以后的工程实践当中值得借鉴。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of real estate industry and automobile industry has promoted the demand of float glass at home and abroad. Although our country has the Luoyang glass in the "three big float glass technology" in the world, but there are still quite a few float glass production lines that still adopt the control system of the 1980s, not only the control precision is not high. The output and quality of glass is average, and the energy consumption is very high. In recent years, with the rapid development of automation industry in China, the production line of float glass is gradually developing to large and intelligent. It is of great significance to study the advanced hot end control system of float glass. This paper first analyzes the development of hot end control system of float glass at home and abroad. According to the control requirements of hot end control system of float glass, Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 control system is used as the design platform. The hardware configuration, system architecture configuration, hardware and software implementation and control strategy of the whole floating glass hot end control system are designed in detail. In the aspect of temperature control of glass liquid in float glass channel, advanced internal model control strategy is proposed and simulated on the SIMULINK platform of MATLAB. The simulation results show that this scheme has obvious advantages compared with the original control strategy. In the future engineering practice is worth learning.
