房地产行业融资结构对经营绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国房地产行业迅猛发展,它在经济中具有越来越重要的地位。随着国家宏观调控的进行以及市场竞争的加剧,房地产公司的发展受到了其融资结构不合理的约束。房地产行业目前面临的经济环境及其特殊的经济地位使得房地产行业融资结构与公司绩效的关系具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the real estate industry of our country develops rapidly, it has more and more important position in the economy. With the development of national macro-control and market competition, the development of real estate companies is constrained by the unreasonable financing structure. At present, the real estate industry is faced with the economic environment and its special economic status, which makes the relationship between the financing structure of the real estate industry and corporate performance has a very important significance.
