重庆市房地产发展与经济增长的关系研究

【摘要】：房地产业在国民经济发展中一直占据十分重要的地位,关于二者之间关系的研究很多且观点不尽相同。本文以重庆市为例,运用贡献率分析和格兰杰因果检验方法,对1998年以来重庆市房地产投资与经济增长之间的关系进行了深入研究。通过此次研究,明确了房地产业在重庆市经济发展中的地位,有利于地方政府根据经济社会发展情况,科学采取调控措施。
[Abstract]:Real estate industry has been playing a very important role in the development of national economy. Taking Chongqing as an example, using the method of contribution rate analysis and Granger causality test, this paper makes an in-depth study on the relationship between real estate investment and economic growth in Chongqing since 1998. Through this study, the status of real estate industry in the economic development of Chongqing is clarified, and it is advantageous for the local government to scientifically take control measures according to the economic and social development.
