居民购房意愿增强是基于对市场预期看好

【摘要】:正日前,交通银行发展研究中心通过调研5个核心城市和21个省会城市的小康家庭(核心城市税后家庭年收入10万元以上,其他城市8万元以上)购房意愿指数发现,无论是核心城市还是非核心城市,小康家庭对现在和未来的不动产投资意愿均呈增加趋势。现在的房价对很多家庭来说,的确非常昂贵,然而这些家庭依然选择购房,其原因一方面是由于房地产政策的频频利好,一方面是户籍制度改革带来了房地产投资机会,归根结底是由于居民对今后收入增加的乐观预期以及对房价上涨的预判。所以尽管房
