【摘要】：正2015~2016年中国宏观经济展望房地产下滑仍是经济增长面临的最大拖累。过去十年间,中国每隔几年就会经历一次房地产周期。但与前几轮不同,住房市场内在供求格局发生变化才是导致本轮下滑的主要因素。过去几年,由于房价低迷、实际利率上升以及理财产品等境内外其他投资渠道兴起,之前可以吸收过剩
[Abstract]:China's macroeconomic outlook from 2015 to 2016 the decline in real estate is still the biggest drag on economic growth. Over the past decade, China has experienced a real estate cycle every few years. However, different from previous rounds, the change of supply and demand pattern in the housing market is the main factor leading to the decline in this round. In the past few years, due to the downturn in house prices, the rise in real interest rates and the rise of other investment channels, such as wealth management products, the surplus could have been absorbed before.
