辽宁省生产性服务业对装备制造业竞争力的提升实证分析

【摘要】：振兴东北老工业基地已经实施几个年头，，装备制造业在辽宁省工业的地位一直处于核心。但是相对于全国的发展水平可以发现，东北老工业基地的起步相对较早然而发展比较缓慢，追其根源就是所配套的生产性服务业发展比较缓慢引起的。本文从对辽宁省的生产性服务业对装备制造业的竞争力的影响入手，利用grander分析、协整分析探究其内部的关联。本文选取生产性服务业综合贡献率和辽宁省装备制造业竞争力综合评价指标来探讨了两个产业的互动关系，从而进一步地探讨出了辽宁省对于提升辽宁装备制造业的竞争力的政策的制定。全文的重要内容可以分为三大部分：第一部分：针对辽宁省目前的装备制造业竞争力和生产性服务业发展状况进行直观的评价。并且在文章中重点阐述了辽宁省的装备制造业竞争力在全国的发展水平，同时，在探究装备制造业的竞争力时也谋求直观阐明生产性服务业的重要作用。第二部分：在第一部分的基础上力求用目前已有的数据对两产业进行实证分析，其结果表明生产性服务业在近期对装备制造业竞争力的提升比远期的提升作用要大，相反，装备制造业对生产性服务业的拉动作用更加体现在远期。从结论出发可以制定相应的政策和调整措施。第三部分：在前两个部分的分析后，针对目前的状况制定有效的措施和方法加以保证两产业的有效融合。本文借助强有力的数据证明来论证生产性服务业对装备制造业竞争力的提升的重要作用，说明了现代生产性服务业在经济发展的重要作用，并且在思路和方法上给予了指引作用。
[Abstract]:It has been several years since the revitalization of the old northeast industrial base, and the status of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province has always been at the core. However, relative to the development level of the whole country, it can be found that, The old industrial base in Northeast China started relatively early, but its development was relatively slow. This paper starts with the impact of producer services on the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, and makes use of grander analysis. This paper selects the comprehensive contribution rate of producer services and the comprehensive evaluation index of Liaoning equipment manufacturing competitiveness to explore the interactive relationship between the two industries. Thus, the policy formulation of Liaoning Province for enhancing the competitiveness of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry is discussed. The main contents of this paper can be divided into three parts:. The first part is to evaluate the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry and the development of producer service industry in Liaoning Province. In this paper, the author focuses on the development level of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, and at the same time, In exploring the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry, we also seek to intuitively clarify the important role of producer services. The second part: on the basis of the first part, we try to use the existing data to analyze the two industries. The results show that producer services have a greater role in improving the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in the near future than in the long run. The pulling effect of equipment manufacturing on producer service industry is more in the long term, and the corresponding policies and adjustment measures can be formulated from the conclusion. The third part: after the analysis of the first two parts, effective measures and methods are made to ensure the effective integration of the two industries. This paper demonstrates the important role of producer services in enhancing the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry by means of strong data proof, and explains the important role of modern producer services in economic development. And in the train of thought and method to give the guidance role.
