交互式规划在X公司认证服务中的应用

【摘要】:国内制造商通过取得第三方的产品安全认证服务从而更加容易地将生产得产品出口到发达国家,第三方认证对产品通行国际市场起到通行证的作用。x公司是一家有着一百多年历史的第三方产品安全认证服务公司,它是一个国际认可的安全检验及其自有标志的授权机构,对机电、包括民用电器类产品颁发安全保证标志。目前,x公司的信息技术设备产品首次生产检验不符合率持续偏高,从而对客户的满意度造成了极大的负面影响。作为一家认证公司标志的诚信度、美誉度,代表市场上的消费者对安全认证标志的认可程度,只有产品的安全性才能使消费者对于认证标志有信心。怎样在竞争日益激烈的认证市场上,既保证产品的安全符合性并维护认证标志的诚信度、美誉度,又要持续地赢得客户的满意及忠诚度是摆在x公司面前的迫切课题。 当前学术领域中,对于企业的问题,尤其是战略的研究方法主要集中于借助4P、SWOT、PEST、泼特五力模型等方法分析企业所处的环境,然后根据环境分析找出对应的发展策略。而在安全认证服务行业,针对其发展的研究并不多见。本文采用了基于系统隐喻的方法论,针对信息技术设备产品首次生产检验不符合率高的问题来讨论X公司目前在认证服务中的问题,以系统隐喻的方法论作为贯穿全文的方法论,将系统方法论与X公司实际情况相结合,对X公司认证服务中存在的问题进行分析,并给出其将来的发展建议。作为贯穿全文的系统隐喻,文章采用了问卷调查方式,确定了在当前状态下组织的系统隐喻类型—大脑隐喻。以大脑隐喻为基础,确定了应用交互式规划系统方进行分析及给出建议。 从以上的分析中,提出了适合X公司认证服务发展的若干建议:1、认证增值服务建议;2、客户关系维护建议;3、文化及管理问题建议;4、建设学习型组织的建议。
[Abstract]:Domestic manufacturers can more easily export their manufactured products to developed countries by obtaining third-party product safety certification services. Third-party certification acts as a pass to the international market for products. X is a third-party product safety certification service company with a history of more than 100 years. It is an internationally recognized safety inspection authority with its own logo. Issue safety assurance signs to machinery and electrical machinery, including civil electrical products. At present, the rate of nonconformance in the first production inspection of information technology equipment products in the company is still on the high side. Therefore, it has a great negative impact on customer satisfaction. As a certification company, the integrity and reputation of the logo represent the degree of recognition of the safety certification logo by consumers in the market. Only the safety of the product can make the consumer have confidence in the certification mark. How to ensure the safety compliance of the product and maintain the credibility and reputation of the certification mark in the increasingly competitive certification market, To continue to win customer satisfaction and loyalty is an urgent issue in front of X Company. In the current academic field, the research methods of enterprise, especially the strategy, mainly focus on analyzing the environment of the enterprise with the help of the methods of 4PX SWOTPEST, Pate five force model, etc. Then we find out the corresponding development strategy according to the environmental analysis. However, in the security authentication service industry, the research on its development is rare. This paper adopts the methodology based on system metaphor. In view of the problem of high nonconformance rate in the first production inspection of information technology equipment products, this paper discusses the current problems in certification service of X Company, and takes the methodology of system metaphor as the methodology throughout the paper. By combining the system methodology with the actual situation of X Company, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the certification service of X Company, and gives some suggestions for its future development. As a systematic metaphor running through the full text, the paper adopts a questionnaire survey method. The brain metaphor, which is the type of systematic metaphor in the present state, is determined. Based on the brain metaphor, the interactive planning system is used to analyze and give some suggestions. From the above analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of X company certification service: 1: 1, 2 for certification value-added service, 3 for customer relationship maintenance, 4 for cultural and management issues, and 4 for the construction of learning organization.
