上海文化创意产业出口贸易发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】:20世纪末,英国创意产业迅速发展,实现了经济效益和社会效益的有机统一,也促使全球各国将发展的重点投向文化创意产业;进入21世纪,文化创意产业的内涵与外延不断丰富,并且正以前所未有的速度和规模在全球各个国家与地区不断壮大,日益成为促进社会与经济和谐发展的驱动力。 虽然文化创意产业在全球范围内得到持续的关注与良好的发展,但是目前各国与地区对其概念仍存在不同的界定,同时文化创意产业相关的理论研究较为滞后,尤其缺乏文化创意产业国际贸易的理论研究,因此,本文以文化创意产业的概念辨析作为出发点,在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上,对相关出口贸易与国际化战略的适用性进行分析,为上海文化创意产业出口贸易发展提供理论支持。 在此理论支持的基础上,本文将研究视角转换至上海文化创意产业出口贸易的经济实践。上海近年来提出的“四个中心”和“四个率先”总体目标、“三二一”产业结构调整与转型等背景为文化创意产业的发展提供了良好的宏观政治、经贸环境,丰富的文化创意资源也为其持续发展提供了内源支持;同时在国家“文化走出去”战略、上海建设“国际文化大都市”的导向下,上海文化创意产业出口贸易持续发展并且实现连年顺差。本文就在此背景下,对其出口贸易基本状况、存在问题、有利因素进行较为全面的分析;同时,通过对发达国家文化创意产业出口贸易经验的归纳分析,为上海文化创意产业出口贸易提供实践启示。 综合上海文化创意产业出口贸易的适用理论、现实发展、国际经验三部分的分析,本文得出提升上海文化创意产业出口贸易综合实力并促进其国际化的对策与建议:上海文化创意产业“走出去”既要依托政府在法律、政策等方面的扶持,又要以市场机制为导向建立相应的人才培养模式、服务支持平台,还需要培育重点行业、领军企业、知名品牌,在国际交流与合作中拓展上海文化创意产业海外市场。
[Abstract]:At the end of 20th century, the British creative industry developed rapidly, realizing the organic unification of economic and social benefits, and also prompting all countries all over the world to focus on cultural and creative industries. In 21th century, The connotation and extension of cultural and creative industries are constantly rich, and are growing at an unprecedented speed and scale in various countries and regions of the world, increasingly becoming the driving force to promote the harmonious development of society and economy. Although the cultural and creative industries have received sustained attention and good development in the global scope, there are still different definitions of their concepts in different countries and regions, and the theoretical research on cultural and creative industries is lagging behind. In particular, there is a lack of theoretical research on international trade of cultural and creative industries. Therefore, this paper takes the concept of cultural and creative industries as the starting point and combs the relevant literature. The applicability of related export trade and internationalization strategy is analyzed to provide theoretical support for the development of Shanghai cultural and creative industry export trade. Based on this theory, This paper transforms the research perspective to the economic practice of the export trade of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries. The overall objectives of "four centers" and "four pioneers" put forward by Shanghai in recent years, and the background of "321" industrial structure adjustment and transformation, etc. For the development of cultural and creative industries to provide a good macro politics, The economic and trade environment, rich cultural and creative resources also provide endogenous support for its sustainable development. At the same time, under the guidance of the national strategy of "going out of culture" and the construction of Shanghai as an "international cultural metropolis," The export trade of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries continues to develop and realize the surplus for years. Under this background, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis of the basic situation, problems and favorable factors of its export trade; at the same time, Through the induction and analysis of the export trade experience of cultural and creative industries in developed countries, this paper provides practical enlightenment for Shanghai's cultural and creative industries export trade. An analysis of the applicable theory, practical development, and international experience of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the comprehensive strength of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries' export trade and to promote its internationalization: the "going out" of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries should rely on the support of the government in the fields of law and policy, etc. It is also necessary to establish the corresponding talent training model, service support platform and key industries, leading enterprises and famous brands in order to expand the overseas market of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries in the process of international exchange and cooperation.
