基于扎根理论的滨海新区服务外包企业核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的第三次浪潮——服务全球化的不断发展,世界各大跨国公司纷纷采取“归核化”战略,,将不承载企业核心竞争力的业务内容交付给服务外包企业执行。在此背景下,印度等国家的服务产业取得了极大的发展,涌现出一大批如TCS、Wipro等具有一定影响力和知名度的服务外包企业。我国也根据世界经济发展形势的变化,针对我国经济发展的现状和调整经济结构、转变发展方式的发展要求,制订了如“千百十工程”等一系列促进我国服务外包产业发展的政策措施。天津滨海新区作为服务外包示范基地城市——天津的服务外包产业主要聚集地区,吸引和培育了很多优秀的服务外包企业。作为新型服务业中的吃螃蟹者,这些企业难免会遇到一些问题,这就需要滨海新区的服务外包企业苦练内功,切实提升企业的核心竞争力,提升企业的综合竞争优势,积极应对挑战。 本文即是基于扎根理论,结合相关理论和服务外包企业内外部的价值链分析,开展对服务外包企业核心竞争力的研究。论文的主要研究工作如下: 1、界定了服务外包及其分类等相关概念,综述了核心竞争力领域的相关理论; 2、阐述了服务外包产业的现状和发展趋势,并对滨海新区服务外包企业的内部价值链和市场竞争格局进行了分析,同时着重研究了服务外包企业的俘获型价值链及其优化策略,指出滨海新区服务外包企业只有提升企业的核心竞争力,巩固竞争优势,才能突破俘获型价值链的束缚; 3、从既有研究结果出发,总结提炼企业核心竞争力的构成要素,运用扎根理论对天津市滨海新区的联盟计算机、药明康德、管委会三家企业和机构展开质性研究。通过对深入访谈获取的一手资料的开放式译码——主轴译码——选择性译码三个分析过程,得到服务外包企业核心竞争力构成要素的理论模型; 4、提出在扎根理论研究基础上提升服务外包企业核心竞争力的策略。
[Abstract]:With the third wave of economic globalization-the continuous development of service globalization, the major multinational corporations in the world have adopted the strategy of "refocusing". Delivery of business content that does not carry the core competitiveness of the enterprise to service outsourcing enterprises. In this context, the service industry in India and other countries has made great progress. A large number of service outsourcing enterprises, such as TCSN Wipro and so on, have emerged. According to the changes in the world economic development situation and in view of the current situation of our economic development and the adjustment of economic structure and the development requirements of changing the mode of development, China is also facing the changes in the world economic development situation. A series of policies and measures to promote the development of China's service outsourcing industry, such as the "1000 Ten projects", have been formulated. Tianjin Binhai New area, as a demonstration base for service outsourcing, is the main gathering area of service outsourcing industry in Tianjin. Many excellent service outsourcing enterprises have been attracted and cultivated. As a crab-eater in the new service industry, these enterprises will inevitably encounter some problems, which will require the service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area to practice hard their internal skills. Improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitive advantage of enterprises, and actively respond to challenges. This paper is based on the rooted theory, combined with the relevant theories and the internal and external value chain analysis of service outsourcing enterprises, to carry out the research on the core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises. The main research work of this paper is as follows:. 1. The related concepts of service outsourcing and its classification are defined, and the relevant theories in the field of core competence are summarized. 2. The present situation and development trend of service outsourcing industry are expounded, and the internal value chain and market competition pattern of service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area are analyzed. At the same time, the capture value chain of service outsourcing enterprises and its optimization strategy are studied emphatically. It is pointed out that the service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area can break through the shackles of capture value chain only by enhancing their core competitiveness and consolidating their competitive advantages. 3, starting from the existing research results, summarizing and refining the components of the core competitiveness of enterprises, applying the rooted theory to the alliance computer of Tianjin Binhai New area, medicine Ming Kant, The three enterprises and institutions of the management committee carried out qualitative research. Through the three analytical processes of open decoding, principal axis decoding and selective decoding of primary data obtained from in-depth interviews, Get the theoretical model of the core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises; 4. The strategy of improving the core competence of service outsourcing enterprises is put forward on the basis of theoretical research.
