中国服务业产业内贸易的经济效应分析

【摘要】:随着世界经济的发展,服务贸易在贸易中的比重不断上升,服务业产业内贸易也愈加明显。本文首先从总体、行业、质量、市场四个角度对我国服务业产业内贸易进行分析,认为虽然我国服务业产业内贸易规模不断扩大、总体产业内贸易特征显著,但也存在服务业产业内贸易行业失衡、质量失衡、市场失衡等问题,这些都在一定程度上阻碍了我国服务业产业内贸易经济效应的充分发挥。 其次,本文从理论和实证的角度分析了服务业产业内贸易对我国国民福利、贸易增长、贸易竞争力以及经济增长等的影响,认为服务业产业内贸易发展模式能够有效增进国民福利,直接促进服务贸易的增长以及间接带动货物贸易的增长,并通过物质和人力资本的积累促进经济增长,但同时也发现服务业产业内贸易对我国贸易竞争力的提升作用不理想,运输和其他现代服务的产业内贸易竞争力效应不够明显,旅游产业内贸易的扩张对其贸易竞争力具有负作用,并且服务业产业内贸易促进经济增长的技术进步中介效应不显著。 最后,,针对以上结论,为扩大我国服务业产业内贸易的发展,提升产业内贸易质量层次,提出了大力发展服务业、优化服务业产业内贸易结构、发挥规模经济优势、发展差异化服务产品、完善行业标准和人才培养机制等对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the proportion of service trade in trade is increasing, and the intra-industry trade in service industry is becoming more and more obvious. It is believed that although the scale of intra-industry trade in service industry is expanding and the characteristics of intra-industry trade in China are remarkable, there are also some problems such as the imbalance of intra-industry trade in service industry, the imbalance of quality and market, etc. To a certain extent, these have hindered the full play of the economic effects of intra-industry trade in China's service industry. Secondly, this paper analyzes the influence of intra-industry trade in service industry on China's national welfare, trade growth, trade competitiveness and economic growth from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. The paper holds that the development model of intra-industry trade in service industry can effectively promote the national welfare, directly promote the growth of trade in services and indirectly promote the growth of trade in goods, and promote economic growth through the accumulation of material and human capital. But at the same time, it is also found that intra-industry trade in the service industry does not play an ideal role in promoting China's trade competitiveness, and that the effect of intra-industry trade competitiveness of transport and other modern services is not obvious enough. The expansion of intra-industry trade in tourism industry has a negative effect on its trade competitiveness, and the intermediary effect of technological progress of intra-industry trade on promoting economic growth is not significant. Finally, in view of the above conclusions, in order to expand the development of intra-industry trade in service industry and improve the quality of intra-industry trade, the paper puts forward to develop the service industry vigorously, optimize the intra-industry trade structure of service industry, and give play to the advantage of scale economy. Develop differentiated service products, improve industry standards and talent training mechanism and other countermeasures.
