物联网技术应用于养老服务机构经营管理的研究

【摘要】:中国是世界上人口最多的国家,而新的人口发展状况是,我国人口老龄化问题凸显,已经进入老龄社会阶段。随着而来的则是养老问题的日益凸显。随着两会召开,医疗、住房、教育和养老再次成为全国关注的焦点话题。目前我国老龄化速度日益加快,“未富先老”的问题越发严重;直接导致我国劳动力结构出现失调,比如医护人员、养老产业人员稀缺等问题,我国的养老效能有待提升,养老服务供给有待增加。本文基于我国养老服务机构经营发展现状,引入物联网这一新兴产物,立足构建一种现代化、信息化的“智慧养老”模式,从而解决我国目前养老机构服务和供给矛盾突出的问题,为我国养老事业发展提供一种更高效的解决思路。本文共分六个部分,第一部分为绪论,具体阐述了本文的研究背景及意义、国内外关于本课题的研究现状、本文研究思路及方法,以及本文研究的创新点和拟解决的关键问题;第二部分为基础理论部分,阐释了智慧养老理论和物联网发展及其应用于养老服务的相关理论;第三部分为现状调研分析部分,分析了我国养老服务机构经营管理的现状,包括供求现状、经营模式现状以及当前存在的主要问题;第四部分,借鉴了国外智慧养老发展的实践经验,包括美国、欧洲、亚洲和澳大利亚等先进国家智慧养老的发展现状,从中得出可以为我国所用的先进经验;第五部分,解决问题部分,依托前面的分析讨论,本节设计了物联网技术应用于我国养老服务机构经营管理的实践路径。第六部分则对本次课题研究做了总结回顾及展望。养老产业生机勃勃,养老问题的解决同样任重道远,需要政府、社会、社区、家庭等等共同努力,积极利用先进的技术和方法提升养老机构服务效能,满足社会养老需求,为构建和谐社会贡献力量。
[Abstract]:China is the most populous country in the world, and the new situation of population development is that the aging problem of China's population has become prominent and has entered the stage of aging society. Along with the increasing prominence of the problem of the aged, medical treatment has been held with the convening of the two sessions of the National people's Congress. Housing, education and old-age support have once again become the focus of national attention. At present, the aging rate in China is accelerating day by day, and the problem of "getting old before getting rich" is becoming more and more serious. This has directly led to the imbalance in the labor force structure of our country, such as health care personnel. In this paper, based on the present situation of the management and development of the pension service institutions in China, we introduce the Internet of things, which is a new product, to build a modern society, based on the problems of the scarcity of personnel in the pension industry, and the need to improve the pension efficiency and the supply of the old-age services in our country. The information mode of "intelligent old-age care", thus solving the problem of the contradiction between the service and supply of pension institutions in our country at present, and providing a more efficient solution for the development of the old-age care industry in China. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, The research background and significance of this paper, the status quo of the research at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, as well as the innovative points and key problems to be solved in this paper are described in detail. The second part is the basic theory part. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation, the analysis of the current situation of pension service institutions in China, including the current situation of supply and demand, In part 4th, we draw lessons from the practical experience of foreign countries, including the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia, and other advanced countries, such as the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. The advanced experience that can be used by our country can be drawn from it; part 5th, problem solving, relies on the previous analysis and discussion. This section has designed the practical path of the application of the Internet of things technology in the operation and management of the old-age service institutions in our country. Part 6th summarizes and reviews the research on this subject and looks forward to it. The pension industry is full of vitality, and the solution of the pension problem also has a long way to go. It needs government, society, community, family and so on to work together to actively use advanced technology and methods to improve the service efficiency of pension institutions, to meet the needs of the society for the aged, and to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.
