东北地区装备制造业与生产性服务业的关联性及互动发展策略研究

【摘要】：在全球服务业迅速发展的背景下，生产性服务业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分也随之呈现出前所未有的高速发展，尤其是知识密集型和技术密集型的现代生产性服务业呈现出加速增长趋势。随着制造业产业链的延伸及社会分工的进一步深化，从而导致产业链上各个环节所创造的价值日益差异化，企业在生产经营过程中所创造的价值更多来源于价值链两端的研发、营销等生产性服务活动。作为工业“母机”的装备制造企业已将越来越多的生产性服务活动投入到生产经营中，这种中间投入要素的增多在促进了生产性服务业的发展的同时也提高了装备制造业的生产效率并促进产业结构优化升级。因此，深入分析装备制造业与生产性服务业的关联性对两者互动发展具有重要意义。本文在对制造业与生产性服务业研究现状进行综述的基础上，首先分析了装备制造业与生产性服务业的关联关系，运用投入产出分析方法针对东北地区对两者间的关联效应进行了分析，并用灰色关联分析方法，采用2004年-2010年统计数据，系统的分析两产业各个部门间动态的关联程度，从而分析装备制造业与生产性服务业的互动关系。其次，选取东北地区装备制造业的支柱型产业及生产性服务业的代表性产业的相关部门，结合所分析的影响因素，，选取相应的指标，运用回归分析方法，对影响装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展的主要因素进行分析，从而总结两者间的互动特征。最后，根据装备制造业与生产性服务业互动发展的影响因素及特征，提出两者互动发展的策略及建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of the global service industry, producer services, as an important part of the modern service industry, have been developing at an unprecedented high speed. In particular, modern producer services, which are knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, have shown a trend of accelerating growth. With the extension of the manufacturing industry chain and the further deepening of the social division of labour, As a result, the value created by each link in the industrial chain is becoming more and more different, and the value created by enterprises in the process of production and operation comes more from the R & D at both ends of the value chain. As an industrial "mother machine", the equipment manufacturing enterprises have put more and more productive service activities into the production and operation. The increase of intermediate input factors not only promotes the development of producer services, but also improves the production efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry and promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. It is important to analyze the relationship between equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation of manufacturing industry and producer service industry, this paper first analyzes the relationship between equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. In this paper, the input-output analysis method is used to analyze the correlation effect between the two industries in Northeast China. By using the grey correlation analysis method and the statistical data from 2004 to 2010, the dynamic correlation degree between the two industries is analyzed systematically. Then it analyzes the interactive relationship between equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry. Secondly, it selects the pillar industry of equipment manufacturing industry and the representative industry of producer service industry in Northeast China, and combines the influencing factors. Select the corresponding index, use regression analysis method, analyze the main factors that affect the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry, so as to summarize the interactive characteristics between the two. Finally, According to the influencing factors and characteristics of the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry, this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the interactive development of the two industries.
