【摘要】：服务外包是企业降低运作成本，提高服务质量，增强企业核心竞争力的有效手段。其本质在于运用劳动分工的原理，将公司的资源集中到自己的核心部门，并且有效的利用第三方对资源进行整合，在保证服务质量的基础上降低成本和风险，从而保证公司对核心技术核心业务部门的投入和发展，最大限度的保持企业的竞争力。论文中所研究的综合设施服务外包可以定义为一种业务流程的外包，不仅包括公司的设备和设施维护，也包括员工服务，健康安全环境管理以及安保等服务的综合外包。论文在对服务外包定义、分类、特点、优势等相关理论知识进行论述的基础上，结合5W-H以及模糊综合评价法的分析方法，对综合设施服务外包项目的整个流程进行跟踪和分析。包括初始阶段的对项目外包内容、区域、期限的确定、外包合同方式的选择、到供应商招投标过程、合同的签订、项目的交接，直至正式运营的风险控制等方面。并结合实际情况，，把以上的研究的成果运用到公司的案例中，并取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing is an effective means for enterprises to reduce operation cost, improve service quality and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The essence of service outsourcing is to concentrate the company's resources into its core departments by using the principle of division of labor. And effective use of third parties to integrate resources, in order to ensure the quality of service on the basis of reducing costs and risks, so as to ensure the company's core technology core business sector investment and development, to maximize the competitiveness of the enterprise. The outsourcing of integrated facility services in this paper can be defined as the outsourcing of business processes, including not only the equipment and facility maintenance of the company, but also employee services, health and safety environment management and security services. On the basis of the definition, classification, characteristics, advantages and other related theoretical knowledge of service outsourcing, combined with the analysis method of 5W-H and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Track and analyze the whole process of the integrated facility service outsourcing project, including the initial phase of the outsourcing content, area, duration determination, outsourcing contract selection, to the supplier bidding process, contract signing, The transfer of the project, until the formal operation of risk control and other aspects. Combined with the actual situation, the above research results are applied to the case of the company, and achieved good results.
