青岛市高星级酒店员工培训研究

【摘要】:21世纪是一个知识经济的时代,人在企业中起到了至关重要的作用,是企业获得长足发展的核心资源。因此,企业人力资源的培训与开发也就十分重要。随着青岛市旅游业的不断向前发展,高星级酒店的数量也日益增多,因此要想在激烈的竞争中获胜就必须高度重视对员工的培训,这决定着酒店的命运。为保持酒店的竞争力,除了具备完善的硬件设备,还要重视“软件”即员工服务,要对员工进行科学有效的培训。虽然青岛市高星级酒店也对员工进行培训,但是没有形成科学有效的培训体系,导致培训效果不明显。 在此背景下选择本课题并对其加以论述。本文阐述了酒店员工培训的相关理论,总结了青岛市高星级酒店人力资源现状,本文主要对青岛市高星级酒店员工培训的现状进行了分析,找出存在的问题并提出相关的对策与建议。 希望本文能够对青岛市高星级酒店的员工培训工作有所帮助,引起整个青岛市酒店业对培训工作的高度重视,促进员工的个人发展,,提高从业队伍的素质和技能,从而提升酒店的服务质量和经济效益,使员工与酒店达到双赢,促进酒店业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, as an era of knowledge economy, people played an important role in the enterprise and were the core resources for the enterprise to develop rapidly. The training and development of human resources in enterprises is also very important. With the continuous development of tourism in Qingdao, the number of high-star hotels is also increasing day by day. Therefore, in order to win in the fierce competition, we must attach great importance to the training of employees. This determines the fate of the hotel. In order to maintain the competitiveness of the hotel, it is necessary to attach importance to "software", that is, employee service, in addition to having perfect hardware. Although the high star hotel in Qingdao also trains the staff, but there is no scientific and effective training system, the training effect is not obvious. Under this background, this paper chooses this topic and discusses it. This paper expounds the related theory of hotel staff training, summarizes the current situation of human resources of Qingdao high star hotel. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of staff training in Qingdao high star hotels, finds out the existing problems and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the training of the staff of the high star hotels in Qingdao, which will cause the hotel industry in Qingdao to attach great importance to the training work, promote the personal development of the employees, and improve the quality and skills of the employees. In order to improve the service quality and economic efficiency of the hotel, staff and hotel to achieve win-win, promote the sustainable development of the hotel industry.
