ZZAF公司商业模式诊断与创新

【摘要】:在当前日益激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业之间的竞争已经不再是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式的竞争。商业模式的优劣决定了企业的未来。设计一套匹配企业发展需求的商业模式不仅能够优化企业和利益相关之间的交易结构充分利用资源,而且能够使企业在经营过程中化繁为简,举重若轻,从而保障企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。本文从实际应用的角度出发,以ZZAF公司的商业模式作为研究对象,站在通过商业模式创新实现企业价值的观点上,从构建利益相关者之间的交易结构出发,尝试设计能够满足ZZAF公司发展需求的商业模式。首先,论文对研究对象的企业背景和现有商业模式进行介绍;其次,根据企业的外部环境和内部问题进行了有针对性的调查与资料收集;再次,结合调查和资料收集结果对ZZAF公司原有商业模式进行了深入的诊断,发现ZZAF公司原有商业模式中存在的问题和不足;最后,论文在对ZZAF公司原有体系中存在问题进行分析的前提下,从决定企业定位、建立业务系统、选择盈利模式、解决关键资源能力和构造自由现金流结构等方面对企业的商业模式进行重新设计;经过实践检验,证明本文的研究结果具有较好应用价值,在一定程度上支撑了ZZAF公司的长期发展战略,提升了企业的竞争力和商业价值。并且本文所采用的诊断方法可以为其它类似的民营中小企业在改进商业模式方面提供参考或借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the current increasingly fierce market competition environment, the competition between enterprises is no longer the competition between products, but the competition of business model. The merits and demerits of the business model determine the future of the enterprise. Designing a business model that matches the development needs of an enterprise can not only optimize the transaction structure between the enterprise and its stakeholders, but also make the enterprise more complex and weightless in the course of operation. In order to ensure that enterprises in the fierce market competition to obtain competitive advantage. From the perspective of practical application, this paper takes the business model of ZZAF Company as the research object, from the point of view of realizing the enterprise value through the innovation of the business model, starting from the construction of the transaction structure among the stakeholders. Try to design a business model that can meet the development needs of ZZAF. First of all, the paper introduces the enterprise background and existing business model of the research object; secondly, according to the external environment and internal problems of the enterprise to conduct targeted investigation and data collection; third, Combined with the results of investigation and data collection, the author makes a deep diagnosis of the original business model of ZZAF Company, and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the original business model of ZZAF Company. On the premise of analyzing the existing problems in the original system of ZZAF Company, this paper determines the position of the enterprise, establishes the business system, and selects the profit model. To solve the key resource ability and construct the structure of free cash flow to redesign the business model of the enterprise, after practical testing, it is proved that the research results of this paper have good application value. To a certain extent, it supports ZZAF's long-term development strategy and promotes its competitiveness and commercial value. The diagnostic methods used in this paper can provide reference for other similar private SMEs in improving business model.
