【摘要】：正认识、适应和引领经济新常态,是做好我国当前经济社会工作的基本要求。中国经济新常态有三个显著特征:增速换挡,从高速增长转为中高速增长;结构优化,第三产业消费需求逐步成为主体;动能转换,从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动。由此可以看出,把握服务业发展趋势与规律是认识、适应和引领经济新常态的题中之意。如今,服务业已占我国国民经济的"半壁江山",是稳增长、促发展、优结构和增就业的关键力量。研究新常态下服务业发展的新问题、新矛盾、新思路和新策略,具有重要的理论和实践意义。最近,国家
