以改革创新精神推进现代服务业发展——甘肃推进文化、旅游、体育、健康产业融合发展初探

【摘要】：甘肃省各相关部门坚持树立"五大发展"理念,以"融合发展、创新发展"为先导,顺势而为,主动融入,不断推动文化、旅游、体育、健康产业融合发展:一是坚持顶层设计融合,统筹做好"十三五"规划;二是坚持基础设施融合,不断完善公共服务体系;三是坚持重点项目融合,形成文化旅游体育健康共生体;四是坚持宣传推介融合,打造品牌节会和赛事活动;五是坚持改革创新融合,为经济社会发展营造良好外部环境。虽然成绩令人鼓舞,但总体来看甘肃省的民生保障和公共服务短板还是十分明显,我们应该重新审视自我,找准差距,厘清短板,迎头赶上。今后一段时期,我们要重视发展文化、旅游、体育、新闻出版、健康、养老等产业以及各种商务服务等行业和领域融合发展,力争到2020年,全省服务业增加值占生产总值的比重达到60%左右,基本形成以服务经济为主的经济结构。
[Abstract]:The relevant departments in Gansu Province adhere to the concept of "five major developments", take "integration development, innovation and development" as the guide, conform to the trend, actively integrate, and constantly promote culture, tourism, sports, Health industry integration and development: first, adhere to the top-level design integration, as a whole, do a good job in the 13th Five-Year Plan; second, adhere to the integration of infrastructure, constantly improve the public service system; third, adhere to the integration of key projects, Form cultural tourism sports health symbiosis; fourth, adhere to the promotion of integration, create brand festival and competition activities; fifth, adhere to reform and innovation integration, for economic and social development to create a good external environment. Although the results are encouraging, but generally speaking, Gansu Province's livelihood security and public services are still quite obvious. We should re-examine ourselves, find the right gap, clarify the shortcuts and catch up. For some time to come, we will attach great importance to the development of industries and fields such as culture, tourism, sports, press and publication, health, old-age care, and various business services, and strive to integrate and develop such industries and fields by 2020. The added value of the service industry accounts for about 60% of the gross domestic product, and the service economy is the main economic structure.
