山东省城镇化与服务业互动关系研究

【摘要】：通常来看，城镇化与工业化的发展存在着高度的关联性，，城镇化发展初期，工业化往往是城镇化发展的直接动力，当城镇化发展到一定的水平时，服务业将取代工业成为城镇化发展的后续动力。城镇化和服务业发展之间存在着互动关系，服务业在推动城镇化发展的同时，反过来城镇化也是促进服务业发展的重要因素。改革开放以来，山东省城镇化与服务业发展水平稳步提高，但山东省作为经济大省，与其他城镇化、服务业发展较好地区相比，城镇化与服务业发展水平相对较低，严重制约着山东省经济结构的调整和经济快速发展。当前如何加快山东省城镇化与服务业发展成为人们关注的焦点。本文以山东省服务业与城镇化水平为研究对象，结合山东省城镇化与服务业发展现状，对山东省城镇化与服务业互动关系进行研究。通过分析得出以下结论：第一，现阶段山东省城镇化与三次产业发展的关联度从大到小依次为第二产业、第三产业（服务业）、第一产业。说明目前服务业对城镇化推动力弱于第二产业，第二产业仍然是山东省城镇化的主要动力。第二，现阶段山东省城镇化与服务业内部四层次的关联度从大到小依次为第一层次、第二层次、第四层次、第三层次。当前山东省城镇化发展与传统服务业的发展关联度最大，现代服务业对城镇化促进作用偏弱。第三，山东省城镇化与服务业发展水平有长期稳定的互动关系，其中城镇化对服务业的促进作用明显强于服务业对城镇化的推动作用，山东省服务业对城镇化发展支撑力不足。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, urbanization has a high correlation with the development of industrialization. In the early stage of urbanization, industrialization is often the direct driving force of urbanization. When urbanization reaches a certain level, Service industry will replace industry to become the follow-up power of urbanization development. There is an interactive relationship between urbanization and the development of service industry. While the service industry promotes the development of urbanization, the urbanization in turn is an important factor to promote the development of service industry. Since the reform and opening up, the development level of urbanization and service industry in Shandong Province has been steadily improved. However, as a major economic province, Shandong Province has a relatively low level of urbanization and service development compared with other areas where urbanization and service industries develop better. The adjustment of economic structure and rapid development of economy in Shandong Province are seriously restricted. At present, how to speed up the development of urbanization and service industry in Shandong Province has become the focus of attention. This paper takes the service industry and urbanization level of Shandong Province as the research object and studies the interactive relationship between urbanization and service industry in Shandong Province combined with the current situation of urbanization and service industry in Shandong Province. The conclusions are as follows: first, the correlation degree between urbanization and the development of three industries in Shandong Province is secondary industry, tertiary industry (service industry, primary industry). It shows that the service industry is weaker than the second industry in promoting urbanization, and the secondary industry is still the main driving force of urbanization in Shandong Province. Secondly, the correlation degree between urbanization and four levels of service industry in Shandong Province is the first, the second, the fourth and the third. At present, the development of urbanization in Shandong Province is most closely related to the development of traditional service industry, while the role of modern service industry in promoting urbanization is weak. Thirdly, there is a long-term and stable interactive relationship between urbanization and service industry development level in Shandong Province, among which the promotion effect of urbanization on service industry is obviously stronger than that of service industry on urbanization, and the service industry of Shandong Province has insufficient support for urbanization development.
