【摘要】:受全球一体化、现代信息传播技术和市场经济的影响,新疆民族歌舞艺术在表演形式和演出内容方面都受到一定程度的影响,新疆民族歌舞文化的传承正经历着前所未有的解构、重构的过程。随着新疆旅游业近几十年的迅猛发展,极大地推动了民族歌舞从民间文化转向大众消费文化。乌鲁木齐市民族餐饮业是乌鲁木齐市近十年来的逐渐发展起来的,它具有鲜明地方特色和民族特色,是供当地市民及外来游客消费娱乐餐饮场所。各种民族宴会厅应时而生,深受乌鲁木齐市市民及外来游客的青睐。 乌鲁木齐市民族餐饮业歌舞特点是新疆少数民族歌舞文化与餐饮文化相结合,并且与现代化声、光、电技术相结合,使新疆民族歌舞艺术借助餐饮业得到很好的发展及传播。本文以乌鲁木齐市各类民族餐饮业民族歌舞为例,研究餐饮业中民族歌舞音乐在地域文化和音乐传播影响下的表现特征及传播状况。 本文通过对乌鲁木齐市民族餐饮业中的民族歌舞表演状况进行调查,分析民族歌舞具有市场化、商业化、和创新的特征。笔者认为民族歌舞与餐饮业相结合,是民族歌舞发展的一种途径,也是一种新的传播方式。使民族歌舞艺术在更大范围内得到了普及与宣传。当然餐饮业中民族歌舞也存在着不足之处,歌舞节目雷同,缺少优秀的歌舞创编文艺人才等。笔者提出民族歌舞的三点建议。首先需加强政府对民族歌舞发展的积极引导作用,,其次加强民族歌舞文艺人才的培养,最后是提高民族歌舞市场化运作的意识和能力。总之,需加强对民族歌舞作品的市场化价值定位、加强整体性市场策划,只有借助现代商品营销方式,民族歌舞才可以在市场中发展的更好。 全文由绪论、五个分章、结语共七个部分组成。绪论由研究缘起及意义、文献综述构成。第二部分是对乌鲁木齐市概况及历史沿革的介绍。第三部分是对乌鲁木齐市民族歌舞音乐文化发展脉络的梳理。并对四个餐饮业中民族歌舞的传播个案进行描述。第四部分总结了餐饮业中民族歌舞的特征,第五部分提出了餐饮业中民族歌舞文化带来的启示,第六部分提出餐饮业中民族歌舞所面临的问题及思考,结语对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of global integration, modern information dissemination technology and market economy, the performance form and performance content of the Xinjiang folk song and dance art have been affected to a certain extent. The inheritance of Xinjiang folk song and dance culture is undergoing an unprecedented process of deconstruction and reconstruction. With the rapid development of Xinjiang tourism in recent decades, it has greatly promoted the transition of folk culture from folk culture to popular consumption culture. The ethnic catering industry in Urumqi is the gradual development of Urumqi in the past ten years. It has distinct local and national characteristics and is a place for local citizens and foreign tourists to consume entertainment and catering. A variety of ethnic banquet hall is born, by Urumqi citizens and foreign tourists favor. The characteristics of ethnic catering industry in Urumqi are the combination of ethnic minority singing and dancing culture and catering culture in Xinjiang, and the combination of modern sound, light and electric technology, which makes the art of Xinjiang ethnic singing and dancing get very good development and dissemination with the aid of catering industry. Taking various kinds of ethnic restaurants in Urumqi as an example, this paper studies the performance characteristics and communication status of folk song and dance music under the influence of regional culture and music dissemination. Based on the investigation of the performance of ethnic singing and dancing in Urumqi ethnic catering industry, this paper analyzes the characteristics of marketization, commercialization and innovation of ethnic singing and dancing. The author thinks that the combination of folk song and dance with catering industry is a way to develop folk song and dance, and also a new way of dissemination. So that the folk music and dance art in a wider scope has been popularized and propagandized. Of course, there are also deficiencies in the catering industry, singing and dancing programs, lack of excellent creative artists and so on. The author puts forward three suggestions of folk song and dance. Firstly, it is necessary to strengthen the positive guiding role of the government to the development of ethnic singing and dancing, secondly to strengthen the cultivation of literary and artistic talents of ethnic singing and dancing, and finally to improve the consciousness and ability of the market-oriented operation of ethnic singing and dancing. In a word, it is necessary to strengthen the market value orientation of the folk song and dance works and to strengthen the overall market planning. Only with the help of modern commodity marketing, can the folk song and dance develop better in the market. The full text consists of seven parts: introduction, five chapters and conclusion. The introduction consists of the origin and significance of the research and the literature review. The second part introduces the general situation and history of Urumqi. The third part is the development of Urumqi folk music and dance culture. And the four restaurants in the dissemination of ethnic music and dance cases described. The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of the national singing and dancing in the catering industry, the fifth part puts forward the enlightenment brought by the culture of the national song and dance in the catering industry, and the sixth part puts forward the problems and thoughts of the national song and dance in the catering industry, and the conclusion summarizes the full text.
