高速铁路对城市服务业集聚的影响

【摘要】:中国正步入高铁时代,时间距离逐渐取代传统的空间距离成为影响服务业布局的关键因素。长三角高速铁路大规模兴建和网络化布局,削弱了生产要素流动的空间壁垒,使得能在更广的范围进行资源要素优化配置。文章利用2006-2015年长三角城市群统计数据和列车实际运营数据,通过构建双重差分模型并引入经济地理学中引力模型量化了高铁引致的"时空收敛"效应,定量分析了长三角高速铁路由线成网推进对城市服务业集聚的影响。研究表明:(1)长三角高速铁路开通初期(2007年-2011年)对沿线城市服务业集聚的影响并不显著。从2012年开始,随着长三角高速铁路网络的日益完善,高速铁路对服务业集聚呈现出明显的促进作用,且这种促进作用有逐渐增强的趋势。(2)长三角高速铁路网建成后沿线城市市场区位均获得了提升,但提升幅度在时间和空间上存在明显的差异性。长三角高速铁路网引致的非均衡时空收敛效应使高铁沿线城市市场区位等级发生了重构,加剧了大城市和小城市区位条件的不均衡。(3)高速铁路引致的空间效应每提高1%,高铁沿线城市服务业就业密度约提高0.3%-0.4%。
[Abstract]:China is stepping into the era of high-speed rail, and time distance has gradually replaced the traditional space distance as the key factor affecting the layout of service industry. The large-scale construction and network layout of high-speed railway in Yangtze River Delta weaken the spatial barrier of production factor flow and enable the optimal allocation of resource elements in a wider range. Based on the statistical data of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2006 to 2015 and the actual train operation data, this paper quantifies the "space-time convergence" effect caused by high-speed rail by constructing a double differential model and introducing the gravity model in economic geography. The influence of high-speed railway in Yangtze River Delta on the agglomeration of urban service industry is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the initial period of the Yangtze River Delta High Speed Railway (2007-2011) has little effect on the urban service industry agglomeration along the line. Since 2012, with the improvement of the high-speed railway network in the Yangtze River Delta, high-speed railway has played a significant role in promoting the agglomeration of the service industry. After the completion of the Yangtze River Delta high-speed railway network, the market location along the city has been improved, but there are obvious differences in time and space. The non-equilibrium space-time convergence effect caused by the high-speed railway network in the Yangtze River Delta reconstructs the market location level of the cities along the high-speed rail line. The spatial effect caused by high-speed railway increases by 1, and the employment density of urban service industry increases by 0.3-0.4along the high-speed rail line.
